Located in the heart of the Sunset Harbor neighborhood, Stiltsville Fish Bar features quality seafood by Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth.

Quality seafood & tiki inspired drinks, the restaurant is centered around the glistening view of the harbor and stunning sunsets.

SAFETY MEASURES:
- Prior to opening our restaurant went through professional deep cleaning and was treated with disinfectants and sanitation sprays
- The dining room has been reconfigured to keep tables 6ft. apart
- Team members are using masks & gloves at all times
- All table tops, menus, surfaces, plates, glassware, & utensils are disinfected and sanitized after each use
- Team members are adhering to strict hand washing standards
- Several sanitation stations are available for guests to access hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, and paper towels
- Team members temperatures are being taken prior to starting their shift

This was our first time. The food was amazing — we loved the raw trio, the shrimp and grits, and fish tail sandwich. The Finding Nico cocktail was fantastic! Manuel was super helpful and a great bartender. We will definitely be back!

Don’t have time for specifics, but food was awful, server was nice, but overwhelmed because of short staffing, complained to manager and he never came back to our table and did nothing.

Went for Miami Spice lunch. Restaurant was fairly empty at the time. Had the crab cake appetizer - good but small. For the entree, I had the yellowtail snapper which was essentially a whole fish on a bun - huge! The fish was cooked very well - crispy outside and light and tender. Dessert was the coconut key lime pie - a decent size and tasty. Overall food and service were excellent and a good deal for $35.

Kevin was amazing from start to finish. Juan the GM was the ultimate house. Accessible with cozy decor & quiet. Get the scallops & pork belly. The snapper ceviche was stellar. The brownie was coconut ice cream was incredible. Can’t wait to return.
