We tried this place for dinner and had a good time. The lounge area is great for a cocktail. The main dining room is spacious. The food was delicious. Service was on the slower side, but they were busy.

Thank you to Stillwells and the team for making my birthday special. Noah you’re a gem and they are lucky to have you. He was very attentive, kind, and funny. Each dish that came out was bursting with flavors. I highly recommend the beef dumplings. The manager stopped by to wish me a happy birthday which was a pleasant touch. I originally had reserved the bar top but it fell through and I’m happy it did :)

This was my second time in 45 days I have gone to Stillwells. One of the things I do is order the same steak again to see if it taste the same as my first experience & it did. It was great the first time & great the second time. My brother-in/steak was also blown away by the food Quickly moving up in my rankings

We first approached the hotel, and was greeted by a concierge, and was directed to the restaurant. When arrived we were greeted by amazing service. Our waiter did an incredible job with the team. Was on point with the Delomnico Ribeye, Mac n cheese, Beef Dumplings, Bread, Shrimp cocktail, and desert. Chocolate cake was great with a well paired cappuccino. Definitely recommend it ambience was very nice!

Every year I take my daughter out for a "fancy" dinner to celebrate her birthday. We prefer a tasting menu with wine pairings. This year she chose Stillwell's which was added to the Michelin guide and had courses which we both would enjoy. My mom also joined us as we hadn't gotten to celebrate Mother's Day together yet this year. Upon arriving at the hotel, we had to wait for a valet. Not such a big deal but there was one standing by the stand not doing anything. When we were approached, our doors were not opened, which we found unusual. We were greeted by the front desk person and the elevator attendant. They were both friendly and helpful. When we got to the restaurant, the hostess gave my daughter a birthday card which was appreciated. Both the "sommelier" and the waiter both wished my daughter a happy birthday, but not before we sat for longer than is typical in any restaurant. My mom also commented that for an upscale restaurant, she was surprised that our chairs weren't pulled out, nor were the napkins placed in our laps. The first wine was served before the first course and had we not been disciplined, it would have been consumed before food other than bread arrived. The bread and butter were quite delicious and also created many crumbs (as bread is wont to do). We then expressed our surprise to each other that the crumbs weren't removed. Then we were surprised again when they were removed before Course Six was served. Almost 2 hours later. That was another issue: the pacing. There were rather long gaps of time between courses. Maybe that's to allow for visiting but with a seven course meal plus an amuse bouche, the gaps are not necessary. We also doubt that the "sommelier", Liz, was actually a sommelier. Perhaps she had taken some classes and was learning, but when my daughter asked where a German wine originated, she didn't know and had to read the label. Her descriptions were lacking and didn't relate why they paired well with the food…

What an experience! The service here is second to none! From our server Joel, to the sommelier Liz, to the manager Jordan - all attended us and ensured our time there was memorable. And that it was! This restaurant is unique in that it has a speakeasy feel throughout. The decor was a lot of fun and definitely makes for a place to get snazzily dressed. And afterward, an extension of the atmosphere is there for the taking at the hotel bar named Babou's. Although everything on the menu was very delicious (especially the 12oz Prime Filet), I will make note of the beef dumplings. They were swimming in a truffle gravy that paired so well with MY FORK! Just wanted to take several orders home and pair it with Netflix! And the 2006 Spring Mountain Cab was decanted just enough to pull everthing together perfectly. Thank you Stillwell's for providing my wife and I an incredible evening! You all have definitely raised the bar!

The experience was simply spectacular! They greeted us with our special location first hand our server Cooper was simply on point with everything and her personality was warm and professional, for a lack of a better word she was amazing. The food and level of quality all around was simply stunning. We’re ready to go again. Our son is five years old and he was loving the place.. Thanks for the detail and the gift of the dessert for our anniversary!! very kind and thoughtful
