   The experience was simply spectacular! They greeted us with our special location first hand our server Cooper was simply on point with everything and her personality was warm and professional, for a lack of a better word she was amazing. The food and level of quality all around was simply stunning. We’re ready to go again. Our son is five years old and he was loving the place.. Thanks for the detail and the gift of the dessert for our anniversary!! very kind and thoughtful

   It was our anniversary. Atmosphere was great. The food was excellent. The service was extraordinary. He knew the history of the restaurant as well as the hotel it was in.I rate it a 10 out of 10. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. They have a special occasion for two the next time we will enjoy a hotel stay as well.

   Really great customer service and the food tastes amazing. My girlfriend ordered a drink that she didn’t like but they changed it free of charge. On the lower level, we enjoyed Babou’s Soeakeasy which was also a good time. I’d definitely go back.

   Overall good dining experience. What kept it from being amazing is our server, Caleb. It’s really not his fault…but he’s just not got the social skills required for a fining Expy like this. He has a filler word that he repeatedly used so much threat it became meaningless and a distraction the second half of the meal. We noticed right away that servers nearby were giving a more complete and colorful description of the menu and options….Caleb gave a limited description and seemed bored with it all. His service was minimal and his social interaction hugely lacking for a place of this caliber. Our meals were great…we thought the cocktail menu could be a bit more interesting but our drinks were good and I’m certain they would make any drink you want. The ambience and atmosphere was perfect…not too crowded, classic steakhouse setting with just enough modern flair. I will visit again but would definitely want a different server. This is a must try…but the server makes a big impact.

   Fabulous service and food! Our waiter Carlos is a perfect brand ambassador for Stillwell’s! What a star he is. Congrats to the entire Stillwell team (from the valet Parker’s to the hostesses to the wait staff, servers and managers! And the food was out-of-this-world delicious!!! Extremely well done!!!

   Stillwell’s is easily one of the best restaurants in Dallas. We went to celebrate my grandmother’s birthday and enjoyed every second. The attention to detail — from the service and dishes — is something to write home about. A special shoutout to Tomas for making our experience memorable. I’d recommend Stillwell’s to anyone who wants a lovely evening in Dallas — we will definitely be back.
