   Everything is top tier. The tuna appetizer, beef dumplings, and of course, the steak - chefs kiss. Upscale, but approachable. We’ve celebrated 3 birthdays here. The staff is incredibly kind, knowledgeable and warm. Don’t forget to ask for some of their smoky tallow carmels as a sweet treat after dinner. Incredible. Add them to your list, won’t ever disappoint!!

   This is a 10/10 restaurant and is one of my new favorite restaurants in Dallas! The ambiance was AMAZING from the very beginning. Valet service (tip optional) at the front of the hotel. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL and service is impeccable. Despite everything about the experience being spectacular the food was honestly the best part! It was so flavorful and savory. The recommended steak/beef dumplings melted in your mouth! The restaurant itself was beautiful! Amazing decor and the view was outstanding. I can't say enough good things about my experience at Stillwells. I took my wife for our anniversary and we had the best time ever!

   I pride myself on being a student of the Dallas steak scene & how it took a year for me to hear about Stillwells It was an amazing dining experience. The service was great. The steak I had was excellent. The steak, the steak, the steak - it was so good, I began to already plan my next visit. I already know what I want to order. And I have not even mentioned the cheesecake I loved the night. It will be on my quarterly schedule

   We had an issue with one of our entrées being cold and they quickly remedied it. Great food great service and incredible ambience! We will be back!

   We had an excellent time! Andreus was our server and he was absolutely top tier. We also received attention from management and other members of the wait staff…you could tell that they aimed to please.

   Very elegant upscale modern steakhouse. While expensive, everything from food to service to ambiance was outstanding.

   One of the best Beef Tartare's in Dallas. We loved their 12oz Aged HWD N.Y. Strip Steak also. The Peanut Butter Bar and Key Lime Pie should not be missed when you visit.

    Wonderful tasting menu and wine pairing for our anniversary dinner. Service was spot-on: friendly, professional, with great timing. Ambiance and noise level were great. We'll definitely be back. Loved it!
