Hard to comprehend that regular water comes with a charge. Stick's & Sushi should teach their staff to check in on guests every now and then, to see if anything is needed, or if further orders will be made.

Due to a crash, I had to notify Them that I was possible 15 minutes late. My booking was for 2 at 6:45 pm. We arrived at 6:48 pm, and they didn’t have my table ready. We had to wait for 15 minutes to get the table and the hostess was just confused on all bases. When we finally got the table, I pulled out my chair and got a bunch of grease on my hand, which was disgusting. Our waiter, Haroon, did a wonderful job helping us from here and replacing my chair. 40 minutes after ordering, we were notified that the food would be late, due to a big function. We said that it was fine, and waited for 10 minutes, until the food arrived. When we got the food, half of it was ice cold, and rubbery. I called haroon, and he immediately apologized, and made sure we had a new one writhing 10 minutes. When we were served the new rolls, they were exactly the same. Cold, bland and rubbery. It was the most unsatisfying visit I have had. I wanted to celebrate my wife, for becoming an engineer that day. But the whole evening was ruined by the food. However, I would like to note that Haroon was a fantastic waiter, and we felt that he really cared. When I got home, I immediately told everybody I know, not to go to your restaurant. It is absolutely not what it used to be. I used to love sticks and sushi, but now I had to appologize to my wife for the saddening experience.

Beautiful views over the Tivoli gardens, amazing food. All of it. You can just order anything and it's top level.

The sushi here is delicious, but the service is a bit snotty. We had 80% of our food out in decent time, but then a 50-minute wait for the last 2 small plates. When we asked after half an hour, the waitress--who had repeated everything back to us, off a hand-written list I used to keep track--accused us of not ordering those dishes to begin with. Ridiculous. But good fish! Worth it.
