I usually eat at Sticks’n’Sushi on my birthday, and have enjoyed it. But yesterday the atmosphere and food just were off. I know the waiters and restaurant itself could not help it, but the ambience was just really ruined because a small child kept screaming for probably an hour, and we felt like we the whole mood for the dinner just were off. Also the food was really not it. I usually LOVE sushi here, but I was really disappointed of my meal. I know the screaming child wasn’t a problem from the restaurant’s side, but it just added an extra negative feeling for our dinner.

Det var desværre en meget ærgerlig oplevelse af spise på Sticks'n'Sushi i Rungsted. Maden blev serveret i så forskellige tempi, at vores børn havde næsten spist færdig, da den første del af vores "As Good as It Gets" blev serveret. Mellem vores første del og resten af menuen gik der over en time. Så vi havde ikke rigtig en oplevelse af at spise sammen. På et tidspunkt kom tjeneren ned til bordet for at beklage og tilbød vores børn en limonade hver. Det var selvfølgelig en fin gestus, men det ændrede dog ikke ved, at vi som familie ikke kunne spise vores mad på samme tid. Den sidste del af vores menu var knap 2 timer efter, vi havde bestilt maden. Som en del af menuen var der to makiruller, som slet ikke levede op til Sticks'n'Sushis stanard. Det virkede til, at restauranten (både tjenerne og køkkenet) var så travlt optaget af take-away, at de ikke havde nok tid til de besøgende gæster. Det på trods af at restauranten slet ikke var fyldt. Tjenerne virkede generelt forvirrede om, hvem der havde hvilke borde, og forvirrede over hvilke borde, der havde bestilt hvad. Faktisk tror vi, at vores søn fik et andets bords bestilling, da der gik lang tid mellem den servering og den næste servering. Det var en ærgerlig oplevelse, og vi kan med sikkerhed sige, at vi ikke besøger Sticks'n'Sushi i Rungsted igen.

I had booked an indoor table at Sticks’n’Sushi, but when we arrived, we were told only outdoor seating was available. This was frustrating, especially since we had made a reservation expecting to be seated indoors. The menu was also very misleading. We ordered a menu that we believed cost 365 DKK in total, as there was no indication that the price was per person, and the photo showed a menu meant for two people. While the correct price is listed on their website, that’s not something you typically check when the menu is right in front of you. I found this to be dishonest and confusing. Had I known the real price, I would never have chosen that menu. On top of that, the food was not impressive at all considering the high price. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn’t live up to expectations.

Great food but slow service at the door and bar. Really slow and not very customer oriented. The lady at the table compensated well with great service and a smile.

Forgot our sticks - but served afterwards them without any charge. The food was excellent- service a bit inexperienced- but all in all it was good.

I had a gift ard at 275. My food was 194. They said I should Pay 113 kr. Another waitor camw along and said the same, that I owed Them 113 and there where only 81 kr left on the gift ard. I did t understand, becouse I had not used the amont at All. The manager was Calles and after a while, he camw back and said that They owed me 81 kr. He said They was Pais on the gift ard, but I never received and exuse or anything. I felt overwhelmed and angry and dissapointed. They made a mistanke and I strongly was wronged. Thats not okey
