The service was extremely slow all around. It took a while for anyone to greet us and be seated, then significantly longer for a server to show up. While we waited, one of us approached the bar for a drink (which was a whole other experience in itself). Once a server finally came to our table - and having plenty of time to view the menu online while we waited - we place an order but are quickly told they are only serving shareables. How is a dine in restaurant not serving regular entrees on a Friday evening? So we opted to just order food from the theater concierge instead, as they had more options, even though they come from the same kitchen. The Bar: After ordering 2 drinks (a beer and a jack and coke) it was evident the bartenders were utterly incompetent, I don't mean to be rude, but it took 10 min for Jaclyn to serve those 2 simple drinks. After we decided not to dine there, we ordered 2 more drinks and closed our tab . We approach the bar as the 2 bartenders just stand there - one on her phone - and do not acknowledge us; another couple approaches and the one on her phone decides to greet them. This couple points out that we are obviously ahead of them waiting, and the bartender motions to Jaclyn to help us (she was standing there lookin at us the entire time) It was ridiculous! THEN, we were notified they would not be able to close our tab because they needed to hunt down a tablet to complete our purchase and it could be a while? Again, laughable at this point. I could go on, but it was just a terrible experience.

I was expecting the restaurant to be more upscale. It was more like fast food served in a restaurant. We waited about 10 minutes after being seated before our waiter came. It was a little annoying, but when he finally came he was very nice and professional. He made everything better. The menu didn't have a lot of good options. It was your basic movie theater food that's served while you are actually in your theater seats. There was absolutely nothing special about the food or the taste of it.

Was sat at our table at 8:16, 16 minutes after our scheduled reservation. Waited another 30 minutes before complaining to the hostess that we hadn't been served yet. Was finally given drinks by the hostess. Waited another 45 minutes before we just left. We never once got a server. We were told by the hostess upon arrival that they were closed for seating, but they would sit us anyway because we had a reservation. Then upon complaining about the lack of service was told there were only two servers. A table that came in after us got food and drinks with in 30 minutes of getting there. Was left very disappointed and ended up almost being late for our movie because we had to go elsewhere for dinner.
