   Made reservations to celebrate a friend's birthday at 6pm on a Tuesday night. There were 2 tables occupied when we got there. An hour into catching up, my friend, daughter and I started to notice that the 2 tables who came after us has been served. Our dinner was finally served at 7:40pm! Was really disappointed with the service (there was just one server).

   A very disappointing experience. The waitress while nice, was clueless which was reflected in the service we received. The chicken Marcella was over cooked and dry. Others in our party remarked their meals were not very good. None of us will ever go back

   Stella's has a relaxed ambiance with an outdoor seating option overlooking the stream in Blackhawk center. The food was very good, as was the service. There was only one server for the entire restaurant, but some how she managed to be attentive, friendly and timely with our beverages and meal. While the noise level was quiet, there is a TV behind the bar and I am not sure at what point they turn up the volume. We will definitely go again.

   While other reviews stated that service was poor, we experienced good service, attentive and quick. Food had some issues though. One of the dishes had mashed potatoes which tasted like leftovers. My eggplant Parmesan was good but small for the price.

   We read the reviews but we could not believe the service was going to be as bad as was reported by other diners. 1) they said we didn't have a reservation (even though booked through here and had email) and said we had to call restaurant not just do online 2) we waited almost 2 hours for 2 appetizers 3) Multiple inquiries for our salad and dinner which we finally received after almost 2.5 hours. We had to escalate to the manager, who blamed his wait staff and avoided us, even after multiple inquiries to talk with the manager. Our friend had to go inside to talk with the manager since he wouldn't come to our table. The food was actually really good once we received it but this was by far the worst dining experience we have had and the manager wanted to just comp an appetizer as an apology.

   The service was horrible. They weren’t staffed for the busy crowd. We had to ask for everything from drinks to food to silverware.

   OMG...the shrimp/mushroom risotto was the BEST I have ever had !

   They are listed on Open table for lunch hours on Mondays. They are closed! Fix it people! I had a business lunch and showed up only to see they don't open until 4 on Mondays! Not good

   Service was good; chicken Marsala and flatbread was tasty; Caesar salad lacked taste and crisp green romaine lettuce.

    Thought we would try again as the first time the food was disappointing. Happened again! My girlfriend sent the lasagna back as she couldn't cut through the bottom layer. My son has also complained about the meals.
