The Ghost Light Inn’s restaurant, Stella, is inspired by local ingredients from the region’s best farmers and artisans. The restaurant offers 100 seats with indoor and outdoor tables, and private dining spaces for events and gatherings. The outdoor patio displays sweeping views of the Delaware River. The main dining room offers a mix of freestanding tables and booths. During the winter months, reservations for outdoor tables are not available. However, you are more than welcome to make a note in your reservation that you would like to sit outside. The patio is heated.
Parking in New Hope can be hard to come by. The parking lot located in front of Stella is owned and operated by the Bucks County Playhouse. Stella cannot validate parking. When valet is present the cost to park is $30. When valet is not available, spaces are metered and paid for via the ParkMobile app. 100% of all parking proceeds directly benefits the betterment of the Bucks County Playhouse.

We dined at Stella at Stella to celebrate a birthday which was kindly acknowledged at the end of our meal with a Madeleine cookie and candle - very thoughtful. Our server, Henry, was attentive without hovering and very personable. The bread basket, as always, was excellent. Where the meal feel short was in the entrees - while my husband enjoyed his salmon, I found my scallops with apple-sun choke puree and fried quinoa (3 scallops for $45 is rather pricey) to be too sweet which seems to be a recurring theme with Stella. I thought my husband's salmon with corn puree to be too sweet as well. I don't normally mind fruit with an entree but the balance was off on both dishes but especially noticeable with the delicate flavor of scallops. The fried quinoa was initially tasty but there was enough on the plate that it got gritty tasting quickly after sitting with the other ingredients. All in all, it was disappointing a experience.

Stella NEVER disappoints. Food, service ambience... all, fantastic. We went for brunch and enjoyed a leisurely time enjoying fabulous food. A+++ to our server. A+++ to management. Just go. You won't regret it! My only critical feedback is to New Hope...parking is a nightmare! Please fix this.

They were helpful with making table changes last minute and even when we got there. Valet is only card though , should be optional imo. Overall great time & good wine

Stella is consistently delicious. I had the duck and my husband had the steak - all cooked and plated beautifully. We will be back again for my birthday next year (if not sooner)!

The service was impeccable. Our server, James was very helpful in explaining all the dishes. . Food was delicious. We were celebrating our special anniversary and they recognized it with two glasses of champagne.

It had been quite some time since we have been here...Not many restaurants are open for dinner on Easter so we gave Stella a shot. We were pleasantly surprised and plan to go back again when the weather gets a little warmer! Key notes- * Beautiful environment: We ate outside overlooking the water and near the REAL fireplace for dinner. This was after having a cocktail on the ground level, where there was a vibrant crowd, many with their furry friends! * The food was tasty and presentation very nice * Service was prompt and courteous We will be back!!
