    Excellent foods and wonderful services. However , the area we sat which was like an indoor backyard was so noisy that we could hardly hear each other. That ruined the entire experience.

    Excellent food, wine and service! Highly recommend the cheese fondue, the polpette and gnocchi...we will be back! The best Italian spot in the Peninsula!

    We picked Stella because all of our friends recommended it and it was our anniversary. They immediately sat us at this cute cozy little table that had been decorated for our anniversary - a wonderful start to a delicious and attentive dinner. Outstanding food and service. Our favorite was the gnocchi with truffles but then everything was wonderful. Would not hesitate to recommend and will go back again to sample all the other dishes.

    This is a fabulous, upscale restaurant. The food and drinks were great and we loved the atmosphere. Our servers were very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend Stella’s

    Very nice Italian restaurant. Especially enjoyed the Burrata w/ Heirloom tomatoes. Service was attentive and respectful.

    First time to Stella since the move to the much expanded Burlingame Ave. location. The food (especially pasta dishes) was fantastic and the service was superb. An absolute neighborhood Italian gem!

    Awful. Tried twice in 2 weeks, both bad. Tired food, no flavor, not quality associated with the buildout. Servers need more training. Lasagna special felt reheated and only warm when served. Canned red sauce. Really awful.

    Fabulous meal with exception of over cooked lamb but quickly provided replacement. Great bartender. Good service not like previous visit for lunch when it was fantastic. Dinner very busy, lunch better. But the veal piccata and filet of sole were fantastic. A definite return. Pastas great too.

    We really enjoyed coming to Stella but the decor is tired our chairs were hard to sit in. We were disappointed by the fact that they didn’t have proper wine glasses to complement their wine list. Drinking from a joker glass is a deal breaker for me. Even though the food was great, it’s hard to enjoy the meal completely without proper wine glasses. The service was fantastic.
