   A lovely evening celebrating a graduation. The food was lovely and the attention from our wait staff was wonderful. I would be cautious about picking the later reservation times (I had to due to the graduation time) because the service does get rushed because the store closes.) However, we did have a lovely time otherwise.

   It took a very long time to be seated even though we had a reservation and plenty of empty tables. There was a long line behind us experiencing the same thing and complaining to us. Once seated, it was difficult to get the waiters attention. Didn't see the waiter looking around to make sure everyone was fine. I don't think i will return. The food was just ok.

   The person who greeted you set stage for a poor lunch. Not warm or friendly. Food was okay but not anything special. Waitress was good but pushed menu items and there was no real service for the restaurant.

    Food was delicious. We had roasted chicken, eggplant parm, roasted potatoes. Chicken was split so half could be taken home. Blueberry cake was yummy. Service was attentive and very helpful. We've been there before and always enjoy it. We were headed to MSG and the location was perfect.

    I've been here before, just a few months ago and the food wasn't good. The block of cheese in the middle of everyone's aracini was not melted, the chicken was boiled. Pizza was decent.

    This is not exactly a restaurant, more a cafe in a department store so be aware. We booked for 7pm on a Saturday only to be told that they had run out of pizza. Not a good start. Food was OK but quite expensive for what you got. Overall it was OK but nothing special. Staff were friendly and attentive.

    What a hidden gem! At first, didn't know the restaurant was IN the Macy's; GPs shows us arrive to a blacked out window on the building. But once in, what history and just simply great food and nice people. Isabella was the most pleasant person and was mastering multiple tables yet felt like we were the only one. We noticed the whole team got along well and thus such a great attitude and positive vibe throughout the venue. The shrimp and pasta I had was delicious, about the right portion, and dessert was fantastic... chocolate mousse/cake and the blueberry pastry were each amazing in their own way. So after a long day in NYC walking around getting jostled and let's PC say unpleasant secondhand air from the street, come into a historic oasis where you can relax and breathe with good people.     My husband and I reserved a table for dinner after several attempts at walking in but it was always booked for a private party. We both had a pasta dish, my husband portion was quite a bit larger than mine I left not full for the price I paid. Waitress was great

    I do love this restaurant for the food, scenes of NY bustle and buildings and the way it is removed from the retail noise. It is a perfect setting. My only problem was trying to get my coffee refilled. It took 3 servers and about 13 minutes for it to appear.

    We love this place! Especially after shopping around Macy’s for hours. Today the service was outstanding, I think her name was JoJo. The food tastes great. The menu changes which is nice. We hope to go back soon!

    Everything was excellent. We ordered Rice balls for appetizers. Branzino & Pumpkin filled pasta for entrees. Both were excellent. My only comment was that the rice balls were definitely not hot enough. When cutting them open the mozzarella cheese filling was still in cubes form & not melted at all! Hidden Gem on 6th floor of Macy’s !

    Food is generally very good. Great view of the Manhattan skyline. Located on Macy's 34th Street, so you can pair your dinner with shopping. Relaxed ambiance. My only disappointment was that they ran out of my favorite Eggplant Parmigiano (which is exceptional)

    We've always enjoyed our meals here. Nice location on Macy's 6th floor, and the food is always good and sometimes a bit more creative than the typical Italian restaurant fare. Attractive setting. Occasionally, service can be a bit slow - I think the kitchen gets backed up - but the waiters are always very pleasant. I've had a drink at the bar a few times as well, and that's nice too.

    The wait staff was very nice. Attentive and help us when the appetizer had meat on the plate. My friend is a vegetarian. They took it back and gave a new plate. The only bad experience was the bathrooms were disgusting . Which I did tell the wait staff when I was leaving.

    The food was fabulous but the staff was not attentive We had to constantly remind them of our order. We had to patiently wait for our food and to order drinks. It’s a great place for a beautiful lunch and can be improved by training the staff to be more focused and attentive and professional.

    My friend ordered the quail the portion was so tiny. I ordered eggplant dish on the flower show fixed menu it was tasteless and not that much eggplant stiffed into the pasta. I will say calamari I had as an appetizer was excellent. Service was good. The dessert was disappointing too. Atmosphere was nice.
