Stefano's Diner is owned by Michelin recommended Gia Restaurant.

Our plant based menu includes classic Italian fare: Focaccia, Mozzarella sticks, Baby Gem Salad, Meatballs in Sugo, Arancini, Lion's Mane Steak, Chicken Parmigiana, Buckwheat Rigatoni Bolognese, Plant based sandwiches on house made ciabatta, and the city's best plant based Smash Burger with bacon and blue cheese toppings.

Saturday and Sunday Brunch we open at 10am serving Eggs Benny, BLTs, French Toast, Matcha Lattes, sandwiches and fresh juice.
BRUNCH We only take bar reservations for Brunch, otherwise it's walk in only.

We offer 10 bar seats and 18 Dining room seats. The design is upscale with micro cemented walls and floors with a walnut and olive green banquette occupying most of the space.

Vegan wine, cocktails and mocktails available and our entire menu is available for take out.
We are open late on Fridays and Saturdays till 1145.

Happy Hour starts May 14th 3-5pm Wed. to Friday.

Great for those looking for a "classy" vegan meal. Short menu has enough choice; unlike some other vegan restaurants Stefano makes dishes that mostly mimic regular dishes. For example vegan chicken ptarmigan. Friendly staff, efficient service, nice selection of local craft beer, lots of wine choices.

Delicious food and wonderful service! We loved ordering anything without worrying about dietary restrictions; the mocktails were yummy, the dinner lovely, and the bread pudding for dessert was TO DIE FOR.

Looked forward to this restaurant as a vegan option when travelling to Toronto ever since I first found it online. The food was excellent and I will be returning next time I'm back in Toronto to try more of the menu.

The prix fixe Valentine's menu was delicious especially the butternut squash ravioli but everything was great. Service was attentive but not instrusive.

As a non-vegan the food was absolutely delicious. Wonderful flavours. Will certainly come back again soon. The ricotta was phenomenal. The flavours of all of our dishes that mimicked non-vegan items were spot on.
