   We went on for a viewing party and they had all the tables reserved for us by name! Parking is convenient and the food and beer were great. The service was a little slow but there were a lot of people who all showed up about the same time for the party so it’s expected. We would go back again...especially to sit on the patio.

   Went to Steam Theory on a Monday night for the bachelor watch party after seeing their FB event for it stating they have all kinds of specials...got there and there were NO specials, our waitress was not friendly at all, took forever to refill our waters, the service overall was just not good and it sucks we picked this place based on their Facebook page advertising specials they did not actually have, disappointing.

   Be sure to check events happening before going. There was a singing event when I went which was really like choir practice. Not enjoyable one bit. On top of that waited about 45 minutes for our food. Everyone at my table ordered pizza and got there’s. 15 minutes later still no chicken sandwich. We asked where my food was, manager came over and said it would be right out- the kitchen was swamped. Mind you- not many people had walked in since we got there. Then my can switch comes out and the chicken was RAW!!! This has never happened to me where I received raw food before and especially after my long wait I definitely wasn’t expecting that. I immediately spit it out and returned it. I said I didn’t want it anymore and not to make another one. They ended up bringing me a new one anyways that was cooked but at this point I was freaked out about biting into raw chicken I couldn’t even enjoy it. The manager apologized and I didn’t pay for the sandwich which I appreciate them taking care of it for but after waiting almost 1 hour at this point and to get RAW chicken was unacceptable. Unfortunately, I will not go back. I had visited once before and absolutely loved the food. The menu has changed and it’s not longer the best of food options or quality it was the first time I went. Very unfortunate.

   We went for a Bachelor watch party. It took about 45 minutes to get wine and place our order which was odd because I’ve seen it way more packed than that before. They advertised a new menu of pizza and cauliflower pizza - yet they were out of all crust (on a Monday). The waitress told us they had two cauliflower pizzas in stock and someone ordered both. They were out of normal crust too. She proceeded to say they were also out of the wine we wanted. I then asked about the salads. She said the chopped salad had “tomatoes, cheese, and onion rings” on it. I asked about what the next salad (harvest salad) had on it - and she said “same thing except no onion rings.” She didn’t want to answer any questions. They have a good concept and potential there with the Bachelor watch parties, but to compete with other restaurants in Dallas you can’t be out of all your food / wine, and can’t have servers that hate their lives and don’t even try (again on a Monday).

   The food was excellent. Our waiter Max was amazing. HOWEVER, the hostess was slow & needs to be trained on better customer service. It didn’t bother her to let people wait.

   Great atmosphere. Food was excellent. Bison Chili is fantastic.

   the good - our waiter came over fairly quickly after we sat down. he brought us extra chips for our appetizer when he saw we were low the not so good - my husband had to ask 3x for sweetner for his tea. the wine pour was very small so two glasses was really like one. we never saw our waiter after our food arrived which was too bad because I would have ordered another drink. the food was so-so.

   Great experience, good selection of beer, food was good, service was also good. Will be back.
