   The menu is smaller with great selection. They perfect what they make. I had the prime rib sandwich. My friend has the garlic chicken. My mom wants you to bring back the fish tacos.

   When they get busy it seems like the kitchen can’t keep up! All the servers are gathered around the kitchen trying to get orders out. Overall good but they also don’t seem to cook in the order of ordering. Two tables who sat and ordered after us got their food before us. We did not order anything complicated (burgers, salad)!

   Our server Brandon was very nice but it took almost an hour to get our food! The table next to us was seated, ate and left before we got our meal (Brandon was also their server!). I did look over at one point and he was on his phone! Once our food arrived it was delicious though. We have not had that issue in the past, maybe he was having an off night. Will definitely go back.

   They do not staff enough waitstaff to keep up with all the tables they cover. Our waiter was running around, busy, but I was done with my drink shortly after I got my food and wasn’t asked if I wanted another until I was finished eating.

   Wow!! $50 per person for a Brunch?!? Upon been seated, we were told there were no menus but only a Brunch was being served. I things that odd, but obliged the server, but asked the process. She said, "I don't but. I'm not sure, but it's 'all-you-eat'". Looking back, it's now obvious the servers were instructed to 'push' the expensive Brunch, and I thought that we could not have been our server's first table; it was mid-shift and she had to have charged other patrons previously. The nonchalant server deflection to just 'enjoy Brunch' brcane for me a hefty charge when the bill came. The food was delicious, but eggs, bacon, and potatoes, with fruit was not worth the experience. I would expect to pay $35, or even $40 for a nice Brunch, bit $50 for what was served was over-the-top expensive.

    It has been years since we last visited the restaurant What a great improvement, ambiance was very good, food was great The appetizers were huge, we enjoyed our dinner very much, celebrating my birthday too The steak was cooked to my husband liking and l noticed that too, since im a pretty good cook myself and I'm very attentive to how they cooked our meals in restaurants It's worth visiting again

    The location is awesome but the food was not great. Steak bites were overcooked and cold, pizza was OK. Best thing was the Korean fries chicken sandwich. Service was friendly but food took 40 minutes to come out.

    From start with friendly greeters, to an amazing waitress Ibthink her name was Janice - pretty, young blonde- quick delivery of appetizers and main course- comfortable seating very roomy- all around great evening! We will be back!

    Steam Plant was recommended by some co-workers! They said the price was low and quality was high and that is exactly how I would describe the experience! The items are cheap compared to other restaurants down town. Also, the ambiance is unmatched. You can walk around and explore the history of the Steam Plant while you wait for your food! 10/10 experience!!!

    It was our first time into the Steam Plant. Wasn't quite sure what to expect. It's extremely surprised with my burger! Truly was delicious. The french fries were fantastic, hot and delicious. My wife had the noodle, loved it. We will most assuredly go back there again to enjoy another great meal!!

    Friendly exceptional service starting with host to our server to our food runner. Service makes or breaks our experience and this service was top notch. Ramone our server was attentive but not intrusive and very polite. Food was delicious and came out in a timely manner. Will be back soon!

    Wasn't real impressed being my first time. Had reservations so we're seated promptly, and received menus and water...6 in the party. That's when the service slowed down. It took close To 30 minutes before our waitress came back for our orders, ice had even melted in our waters. After giving our orders the waitress returned, not once, but twice to a party member, saying they were out of their order. Once the food arrived, another half hour, it was ok. Most at the table agreed it was ok, but bland, just no real flair to it. I specifically had the carnitas tacos and left one a half. If I do go back, I will not be ordering those. Overall, I would go back if bringing guests from outside the area, but mostly for the view. Oh, and to be fair, we were comped the 2 meals the were out of. Would recommend, but with reservation.

    Yum! Food, service and experience was top notch. We absolutely loved walking around, reading and seeing the history of this place. Give yourself time to find parking, was worth the struggle. Staff was wonderful!

    The restaurant weeks wasn’t anything special. Service was all right. Didn’t expect to spend 2 hrs at a restaurant for 2 courses almost 45 min before the apps showed up and then hour and half in 1.5hrs in. And the food just wasn’t great for the week.

    Waitress never came back to check on us after our food came. No drink refills, nothing. we asked another waitress to get our check and then waited another 20 minutes for our waitress to come back.     We had a late Saturday night dinner here. What a fabulous setting! So interesting. I had the chop salad. It was fresh and tasty. My husband had the tacos. We thought the prices were very reasonable, the portions were good and the service was great! We had a bit of a wait, but we expected that and the lobby area was comfortable. Make sure you take time to wander around and see the old smoke stack and other parts of the structure they were able to preserve.
