There was a promotion listed on your social media $7 cocktails and $20 hookah. When we asked the waitress she stated it ended @7:00. However, the promotion stated it was for the holiday Labor Day and it will be honored all day. The waitress didn’t smile and appeared to be irritated the whole time. One of the guest asked for medium steak and waitress stated the guest asked for medium well temperature. The waitress should have wrote our order down like the party beside us. We spoke to the manager about our issue with the special promotion listed on their social media. He stated since the ticket was closed out, he asked how can he help us. We requested a refund due to the promotion and the waitress should be aware of special promotion. In the end manager refused to refund us and offered us free drinks. There was another party who was honored the special promotion for $7 cocktails and not our group. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone due to the unpleasant experience. We were here celebrating a birthday and the service was not good. It would makes sense why you are transitioning from fine dining to hookah lounge because the customer service was horrible.

The food and ambience was top tier. Me And my friends had dinner in the Bottom level which Is the speakeasy room. Loved the decor. The dj played great music, the hookah was great! My only issue was the server wasn’t as prompt but overall when present, he delivered. Definitely well be coming back!

Very cool vibe. Speakeasy space is comfortable and music is great. Food was delicious too. Great crab cakes and good cocktails. Overall, had a great time. New atmosphere is definitely more group hangout and less date night.

Everything about this place was amazing.. Awesome service from the time we exited our Uber service.. We were greeted upon arrival & also offered to hold our hands to walk up the steps to the main entrance… Once inside, we were seated right away & our server greeted us within 1 minute.. From that point on, amazing prompt service.. Will definitely visit again when we are in the area..

The service was great and the restaurant itself is very nice. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly and ensured we had everything we need. The food was fresh, seasoned well and reasonably priced for quality and portion size. While they offer hookah, it didn’t bother us and we were still able to enjoy our time.

This place has been on my saved list for a while… but no. Maybe I came on the wrong night, but this night alone is why I will never be back. Let’s start: took the server 20 minutes to acknowledge us & the 1st round of drinks took 25 mins to come out. The 2nd round came out faster, but the food never made its arrival. More appetizers were ordered because the food was taking so long. I asked about the wait & he said when you order more appetizers, it delays our food. So every table around us, who didn’t order appetizers, got their food before us EVEN THO, our meals were ordered over 30 mins before theirs. I order at 9:48pm and by at 11:46pm I cancelled the main course. And they said well, you ordered appetizers, so we pushed yours back… 2 HOUR LATER!!! Ok… let’s finish: the atmosphere was extremely loud. Please do not plan on having any conversation unless you’re yelling, which is what everyone was doing. Just imagine how loud it is. I am beyond disappointed in this restaurant, or the lack there of. I ordered a shrimp cocktail, after 30 mins of waiting, the waiter told me they were out. BOOM… 30 mins later, the food runner brings it to us. Hookah was decent, not the original Sivas quality, but it’ll do. The server didn’t speak great English and I felt didn’t really understand me. I asked for Mezcal Tequila and we argued that a Moscow mule was the same thing. Even after showing him on google, he still did not understand. Just all in all a horrible experience. I will never be back & I won’t recommend it to anyone…

Came to celebrate my birthday on Friday August 16th. This was my first time coming since the rebrand. The location was as nice as I remember it.. few tweaks to the set up and more of a lounge than a restaurant. I booked for 8.. but had several additional people, they were accommodating, so I appreciated that.. what made my birthday a bit of a disaster is, it took FOREVER for drinks and even longer for food. My party started to get irritated because the service was so slow, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such slow service. My friend asked for a straw for her drink.. took 30 minutes to bring it. I asked for medium well filet mignon, I got well done (so quite dry).. my friends said the Snapper wasn’t that flavorful. Overall, the vibes were ok, but they’ve got to get better with the timeliness of everything.
