   The booking had not gone through and the staff let us standing in the doorway for 20 min until someone left. Then it took another 30 min to take our order. After another 30 min we still had not received any drinks and when we asked about the food the waiter said that he had forgotten and asked if we could tell him again what we would like to order. Absolutely horrendous! At that stage, more than 90 min after we had entered, we left - not having seen any drink or food
