I love Steak 48 but yesterday a man fell in front of us from his bar stool and the staff handled it wrong. His head hit the floor hard. He was bleeding so bad. They sat him up and held a napkin on his head while he continued to bleed. They then had him get up and several staff walked him out holding his arms. In those situations staff should be trained on how to handle that. He shouldn’t have been walked out. Also somebody should have kept checking and asking was he ok. So the food and ambiance, staff, very professional but in this man’s time of need, the staff was uneducated and it was a disappointment. Both myself and my niece left. I lost my appetite. We figured we would come back at a later date.

Great food, great service, I have dined at this restaurant several times and prepare everybody for how cold the restaurant is and then it actually ends up being colder than you are prepared for!! The restaurant is so cold, It makes the dining experience uncomfortable.

Unfortunately, the waiter tried to hustle us and added a bunch of stuff to our bill like two steaks for my daughter additional items we didn’t order to increase the bill about $200-$250 and blamed on the computers. I’m sorry I’m not buying that. Not sure I would return, which is unfortunate because the food is really good.

Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. So convenient to the theater and parking. Servers really went above and beyond to celebrate our birthday guest, from the card when we entered to the complimentary birthday dessert after the meal.

This place surpassed all expectations I had. The staff was by far the best customer service I’ve experienced at ANY upscale restaurant I’ve dined in. They make you feel welcome and comfortable as you’re waited on. The food options are plentiful as well as innovative if you want something else besides steak. I came for a special occasion and was presented with a decorative table to help celebrate. The music is at a nice volume and not outdated. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Also, the dress code can be intimidating, not saying it’s not enforced, but don’t stress the small details, but don’t show up just looking like you were walking down the street. Business casual, Adult Date Night, Clean Athleisure (in some cases) MIGHT work well for you. Please look presentable to say the least.
