Firstly the food was delicious however the ambience and darkness of the restaurant was not what we expected. The staff was kind yet busy and often skipped over our table without a glance. I needed a refill on my beverage and it wasn’t until after main course came that we were offered. We were also celebrating our Birthdays and had been waiting awhile before they even asked about dessert. After what was supposed to be a pleasant Birthday splurge we left disappointed and as stated the food was great the rest of our experience not so much.

Steak 48 presented itself as a classic steakhouse featuring conventional menu items, albeit with a slightly higher price point. The service was commendable, with well-trained servers. However, in my experience, I found it to be on par with other renowned steakhouses like Ruth's Chris, Del Frisco's, Fleming's, and Morton's. Particularly, the Butcher cut ribeye left me underwhelmed. The price seemed disproportionately high considering both the size and taste, making it fall short of expectations.

Great experience! My wife and I sat at the bar for dinner and at first I was a little concerned but it turned out to be amazing. The bartenders were SUPER nice and knowledgeable. Definitely an incredible vibe.

Sadly they claim to be able to accommodate dietary restrictions and they all out but refused it wasn’t until we had to call the manager over that they were willing to do anything at that point we were ready to go. We canceled our order and got up and went to somewhere else.

Steak 48 is an amazing dining experience! I am a vegetarian and enjoy steak houses because they understand the cooking process so do not overcook their vegetables to mush. I highly recommend the au gratin potatoes!

The food and service was amazing however we were not pleased with our cramped seating. The table near us was pushed together to serve a large party which meant my date was hit several times by staff and customers passing by.

It was a perfect outing for my boyfriend’s birthday. We were loving everything, the food the waitress, the ambience. It was his first time visiting Steak 48 and all. However, the lady that packed our food left my steak out of my to go. She packed everything from my sides, rolls, appetizer, and even the birthday cake, however she left my steak out the box. I only had taken only two bites out of my steak. I am not happy with this overall and will be contacting corporate about this matter. Ruined a perfectly good night.

My fiancé and I had an amazing time. I’d say this the best dinner experience I’ve had in Charlotte. Diego and all the staff members were extremely kind and we even received complementary champagne and desert to celebrate our engagement!! I would absolutely 10/10 recommend and we will be coming back soon.

We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary and the customer service was impeccable! Yolanda our server was AMAZING! The way the staff paid attention to us and made us feel like we were right at home,has never happened to us.They even played our song..1999!This was one of the best anniversaries EVER! My crab cakes were amazing, my husband stated that the steak was tough and lacked seasoning. We had corn crème brûlée sides, Mac and cheese fries for sides snd they were good. We were impressed with the amount of cognac they gave. Overall it was a solid 4 stars
