    Gnats flying everywhere, flat ginger ale and when the server was asked to refill from a different fountain b/c it was flat, they gave attitude, food was overly salty pork chop was dry, prices were very high compared to quality of food, happy hour ONLY at the bar, no bringing a HH cocktail back to your table ($15.50 for a mojito), $11 for glass of domestic wine that is $18/bottle anywhere, arrogant server with zero customer service skills and generally unpleasant demeanor. Would not recommend.

    Visited Station 4 for my birthday recently with my friends for Sunday brunch. My food was awful, I got the chicken & waffles which came with a side of potatoes. The waffle was dry, the potatoes were a little too hard and the chicken had no flavor what so ever. However 2 of my friends did like their food which was the breakfast burrito and the steak benedict . They didn’t do anything special for my birthday like offer a complementary dessert or anything like most restaurants do, even though I put that as a note when making reservations… They had karaoke on this particular Sunday, which was lit, and the drinks were also good. Overall I had a good time, but restaurant could definitely use some improvements.

    Immediately appreciated the diversity and music within the restaurant. Once my wife and I looked at the menu, we realized how high the prices were for what was offered. I ordered the shrimp and lobster linguine which was not worth the 50 dollars. Plenty of shrimp but flavor was tolerable. My wife ordered the Gouda Mac and cheese with crab and bacon. It came with cornbread on the side. Her mac n cheese looked and tasted old. The cornbread had either a licorice or orange peel taste that I couldn’t swallow myself. We both agreed to never come back.

    I booked a late dinner reservation at 10:15pm on Monday, June 23rd and arrived on time to the restaurant just for the doors to be locked and what seemed to be closed. No one answered the phone this night nor the next day. It was a huge inconvenience and unprofessional to allow one to book a reservation if this was going to happen. I was very disappointed and had to scramble for reservations elsewhere!

    Our theater group loved Station 4 over many years but had stopped going because of the noise level. We decided to take a chance and were able to be seated in the side garden room. Delightful! We could easily hear each other.

    The food was excellent. There is an Arena Stage Prix Fixe 3-course option for $39 and 2 of us had good food with that. You also get a 50% off the house wines with Arena Stage tickets. The fish tacos were particularly tasty, with guacamole and lemon. I ordered from the menu and had very tasty Moroccan lamb chops (4) cooked to my taste. The one problem was that the broccolini was tough, except for the feathery ends, even when they replaced the order with a second set. They would do better to cut off the woody stems. I think the waiter was tired from a long day with brunch, however. It took a bit for him to warm up and he wasn't quite as solicitous as many servers are in nice restaurants.
