   My first time trying the restaurant for my birthday weekend. It was a bit crowded for birthday gatherings. I could not believe the noise level was so loud. One lady was actually screaming in laughter which I felt was very inappropriate. I ordered the breakfast burger which could minimize the amount of onions. The smoked gouda macaroni and cheese was nice and hot and very cheesy. My friend ordered shrimp and grits which was dry needing extra sauce. When we asked the waiter for some he brought butter. The menu describes the dish with sauce. I would like to try the dinner menu in the future.

   The entire experience from beginning to end was awful. The food was terrible and staff didn’t care. It’s only a couple blocks from the wharf so just find a restaurant there.

   Stopped in for a late night grab after watching a concert nearby. Probably should’ve walked out when it took 10 minutes to be seated while no one else was waiting. Crab macaroni and cheese didn’t have any sign of crab. Smelled like pork max macaroni and cheese instead. The entrees were pretty good even though the salmon was a bit undercooked. Brussels sprouts were delicious

   I believe Station 4 is under new mgmt. I was disappointed this time around with the service and changes in the menu we were told about after the fact with no written or verbal indication of the changes prior to our ordering. They were very disorganized and disjointed. This was two friends meeting for light fare pre theater at Arena Stage. Bc if the disorganization we were 30 mins late for our theater show… It has been 2019 since I was last here. And my experience had always been enjoyable until yesterday. I wont be going back until they get it together whenever that will be.

   We went to Station 4 to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We asked to sit outside and were seated promptly on their enclosed patio. The wicker seats were a bit ragged and we had to swap mine for one that was not frayed. We were seated initially at a table that had not been cleaned and did not have a table cloth. We asked to be reseated and got a different table with no problem. After we ordered, the food came quickly and was very good; we both ordered the stuffed salmon and the portions were pretty large. The prices at this restaurant are a little high but pretty reasonable considering that the place is near the SW Waterfront, which is a very trendy, pricey area. Fortunately we had tickets to a show at the Arena Stage nearby, and Station 4 has a special Prix Fixe menu for ticket holders, so our meal was a decent value.

   First time visit and very impressed. An outstanding place to have lunch or dinner before or after catching a show at the Arena Stage. The wait staff was very attentive and courteous. The food was delicious.

   The food was fantastic and the service was great. We moved from enclosed patio to outside patio and then back again when we realized we were being bitten by mosquitoes. The staff was quite accommodating.

   I'm not sure if the prices were high due to what is taking place in the economy today, however, I have had better tasting food for a less expensive price. The food was Fair not mouth watering for the price. I do have to admit that the Mac & Cheese with Crabmeat was definitely worth the $30 price. I would recommend that you go if you are prepared to pay double the price for an entrée that you could get elsewhere with better service.

    Food was okay, I ordered the half chicken and it came out overcooked and dry. What kills me is the automatic 20% tip included in the bill even for a small party of 4.

    The 14oz 30 day aged steak was not seasoned at all - $55! The Brussel sprouts were poorly seasoned and burned. In fact salt seems to be unknown at this restaurant. The best part of the meal was the duck fat French fries.

    Way too loud from other patrons. We had to yell to talk. I was hoarse when I left, sadly. The staff hovered on us so much every 5 minutes, literally, someone was asking us a question. We couldn’t even talk without being interrupted—on top of that we had to yell the whole time. I was disappointed.

    I loved the food everything was nice an hot but once i got the bill they did they own Lil work on that receipt i mean 27 dollars in service charge ion like that but the foos was amazing

    The staff was extremely helpful. We had a large party, they were able to get us one long table so all could eat together. Food was delivered promptly and was very good. The ambiance is nice enough for a formal event, but also casual enough at the bar and patio for any occasion. Highly recommend this place if you are down in the Wharf area.

    Booked a reservation for 8:30 on Mothers day and when i got there they tired to tell me they are leaving early. After asking how could they just close when they got people with reservations and they do not usually close to 11. They persuaded us to stay and still got our orders wrong. Horrible customer service and food was super expensive for nothing.

    Took an hour to get sodas, no sense of apology nor urgency when notified that we did not receive our drinks. Alcoholic drinks watery and tasted as if they were sitting for a while. Hispanic ‘manager’ told our waitress that we can come to him at the back of the restaurant if we have a problem, very unprofessional. Service extremely poor and I’ve been here multiple times, on holidays as well. So no excuse whatsoever

    I came here for Mothers Day and we were kind of struggling in the beginning with our first server. He was slow, a bit rude. He would come and take like half the tables order and then walk away. I think he had majority of the big parties and we did have a big party but it’s no excuse for the poor service. However, once we got a new server we were able to enjoy ourselves. The food was so good. The ambience was pretty cool and the menu selection had a lot of options. I would def recommend this spot.

    I made a reservation almost a month in advance from the day of. Upon entering the restaurant for the first time, it was extremely crowded and no direction of where the host stand was located. After 5 mins of trying to figure out where to check in.. there was no greeting or “welcome in” just a hostess on the phone as I stood in her face for 5 mins before she proceeds to get off the phone. Upon getting off I was asked if I had a reservation. Which I have many emails, as well as have used opentable for years to confirm that I did indeed have a res. As well as received a email and text confirmation confirming day of. She acted like she could not find my name or anything pertaining to my reservation. When it does seem as if she finally found it, she tells me she only has high tops available. Yet again, I made the res about a month prior and it “specifically” said in the notes “there will be TWO TODDLERS” attending. Why would anyone with kids under 5 want a high top. I then was told there was another table outside (which was claimed to be heated) and it would fit my party. So I took it considering I only had two options. The table she put us at was not big enough for my stated party so much to our server feeling bad and bringing us another “single table” to add to our table. When the food was brought out the shrimp and grits portion was literally like someone made grits scooped a small amount out, and placed that small portion on a plate. The other meals received were not worth the money at all! The server was asked if the macaroni contained egg because one of the children has an egg allergy and he literally shrugged his shoulder and simply said “idk” when the allergy is severe enough that an EpiPen would have been needed should she have had a reaction. Though after shrugging he claimed to have confirmed with the chef that it did not. I was fooled by the opentable reviews and will not be returning. I’m sick that I wasted money on poor food and horrible service.

    Hostess couldn’t seem to find our reservation so I decided to show her in my phone. Food was brought out sooner than expected. We were having a nice time until waiter had an attitude when we asked him to split the bill.

    The floors were sticky when you walk. The place smelled like dirty mop water. The food was horrible. The server we had was not attentive at all and when I spoke to a manager her reply was give us another try. Ummm absolutely not. It was so loud in there. Do not recommend
