Stars’n Cacio is a modern lifestyle Kitchen & Bar concept developed by world-class Italian chef Andrea Ferrero.
Stars'n Cacio is a casual and relaxed place to hang out with friends and family over a delicious meal and casual drinks just like at home. And if Mamma is not cooking today, our food is also available for take-out and home-delivery.
The menu is inspired by Italian and American home and streetfood from classic Lasagna or Tiramisu to Cacio e Pepe Pasta , our signature Pastrami Sandwich or Spaghetti with Meatballs.
All dishes are always freshly prepared without any artificial additives and designed to meet the special requirements of dine-in and to-go food.
At Stars'n Cacio we are all about sharing with loved ones. We will gladly share our love for great food & drinks with you and we hope you will share that love with the ones you care for.

Had the most incredible dinner with a wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff - couldn’t ask for anything more! Would recommend to anyone in Kyoto!!

喫煙席で予約し、確認の電話も当日しましたが、いざ来店すると、オーナーの勝手で、喫煙席は本日は無し。外でどうぞ。挙げ句の果てなの、料理の提供は、一品５０分以上。まだですか？と確認したら、あと１５分位かかりますとの事。当然キャンセルしました。席は狭いし、テーブルはガタついて…早く切り上げて会計に行くと、今度は、席料まで請求され、ここは何屋？店前のメニューと席に案内されて渡されたメニューと値段は全然違うし…ぼったくり？警察を呼ぼうかと思いましたが、まあ２度と行かなければ良いので、通報は辞めました。こんな店、京都にあるんですね。怖いわ。

We were a bit disappointed. We were early sitting with only a few other diners and staff appeared confused. Our mains arrived completely separately from each other. 1st arrived , next came 10 minutes later and the final main arrived about 20 mins after that. My pepper spaghetti was not great, undercooked pasta and very salty cream sauce. Staff did apologise for the late food and they didn't charge for 1 main which was good, but not a great experience overall. Staff were friendly and attentive.

The restaurant was empty, we had reservations but they sent us to a table outside. It was freezing. Ver bad service.

お友だちと2人で夕食をいただきました。どれも絶品でした。ニース風サラダはボリュームがあり、2人でシェアしました。オリーブがたっぷり入っていたのがうれしかったです。オススメのアンチョビとポルチーニ茸のパスタは、文句なしの絶品。タルトカチョはチーズが絶妙。デザートのティラミスは、ラム酒がしみしみで、ほどよい甘さで、エスプレッソとマッチしていました。お値段はりますが、それだけの価値はあります。お店の雰囲気はアメリカ西海岸の開放的でアットホームな雰囲気。暖炉のそばのテーブルに案内してもらいました。大きな黒い犬がいて、おとなしく寝ていました。特別な人を招待する時にまた利用したいです。

Excellent, fresh, authentic Western style comfort food, not a Japanese interpretation of it. Nice atmosphere, and engaging staff. A favorite destination in Kyoto.

イタリアに旅行に行った時に食べた味を思い出しました。なかなかこんなにおいしい本場の味を味わえないのでいいお店に出会えてとても嬉しかったですまたぜひ利用したいです！
