Amazing beer and great atmosphere. The waiter and waitresses make you feel comfortable and safe with their procedures.

No food to speak of. Sat in the shade on the roof. Good beer, good time.

We don't venture out many places these days. For us to go, the establishment must take the risks of the pandemic seriously. Starr Hill gets perfect marks for their handling of this difficult situation. Tables are spaced appropriately, menus and payments are touch free, signage is clear as are the term of your reservation.
Outside of the pandemic, we found the same friendly, helpful Starr Hill staff anxious to serve and happy to be back in business.

If you are a beer drinker, get to Starr Hill RVA!! They have an impressive line up of beers for everyone in your group. The rooftop bar gives you some great views of the area and will be a hot spot whenever they start shooting fireworks again at the Diamond. Occasionally you will find some killer food trucks parked out front like La Bete, Mommas Barbecue, Grateful Grill, and others. The service at Starr Hill is top notch; Allie and her crew are on top of everything and will be sure to take care of you!! What are you waiting for RVA?

Starr Hill did a great job accommodating guests while accounting for health guidelines for Covid-19. It was a great experience. We will be back! Happy to enjoy some local spots around Richmond again.

Great atmosphere with a beautiful view of RVA from the rooftop! As always there are a great variety of brews to choose from allowing a beer for practically anyone, of course 21 and over haha!

The staff was very mindful of the guidelines to keep everyone safe and healthy.

Service was outstanding and beer was delicious. I would however recommend that Starr Hill invest in some umbrellas for the rooftop throughout the summer. The heat was brutal.

We had a very nice time on Saturday. We made a reservation for 1pm. Upon arrival, we were sat very quickly & given all information to enjoy our time while being respectful of social distancing guidelines. Once settled at our table the staff brought water which was great on an especially hot day! Someone took & delivered our order very fast and made sure to touch base on refills in a timely manner. The reservation was for 1.5hrs and it was a good amount of time. We really, really enjoyed our time. Thank you Starr Hill!

With everything going on right now it was awesome to just get out. Starr Hill Brewery did it right and made our visit awesome for my wife & I as well as our friends.

We didn’t have food there. Wait staff was outstanding. Beer is great but a little pricey.

Reserved a table for my boyfriends birthday. They allowed us to come early and stay late. Service was amazing. Safety protocols were in place. Will definitely be going back

Great experience overall with Starr Hill Brewery! It was easy to book online and although my group number kept increasing, the staff were super helpful when I called to make the changes. My group of 8 only had drinks during this phase of half capacity, but the table side service rocked and the drinks were great (per usual). Can’t wait to be back and support them again sometime soon!

The employees at Starr Hill were very pleasant and responsible during these times. It was great to get out and act somewhat normal again. I cannot wait to go back.
