Nicollet Mall in downtown Minneapolis is going to play host to America’s longest dinner table as we celebrate our city’s fantastic food, beverage, and hospitality. On Thursday, September 11 at 5:30 pm, you’ll have the opportunity to dine at a table stretching seven blocks on Nicollet Mall. -------- Choose to dine at the Starling table and enjoy our feast in community with over 40 restaurants and food trucks. Starling is serving our menu family style in community with those in your party and your neighbors at the table: -------- To Start - Peanut Chicken Salad: romaine, chili-soy vinaigrette, red curry chicken, fresh and pickled vegetables, peanuts, herbs -------- The Main Attraction - Bo Ssam Feast: slow roasted, glazed pork shoulder with jasmine rice, lettuce cups, kimchi, pickles, ssam sauce, & ginger-scallion sauce -------- Finale - Ube Tres Leches Cake with whipped topping -------- $100 per person includes tax and gratuity. We'll be next to our sister restaurants on Nicollet between 6th and 7th avenue. Beverages available for purchase at the event.

The pork is glazed in sugar and Ssam sauce, served with lettuce wraps, white rice, pickles, kimchi, and a variety of sauces. Serves a minimum of 6 but could easily feed many more! Pre-purchase only, ordering and preparation time require approximately 48 hours notice. It is an unbeatable culinary experience! Fewer than 6 people? No problem! Take the rest home.

Our Moroccan Seafood Boil is a spicy seafood stew containing crab legs, clams, mussels, shrimp, potatoes, chick peas, harrissa, paprika, preserved lemon and served with grilled sourdough and a salad. Enough to feed 6 people, it can easily be shared by more with the addition of other menu items. No changes or substitutions can be made to this feast. For ordering and preparation considerations, this dish must be preordered at least 48 hours in advance.
