Sara, Bianca, and Alessandro were all amazing!! We did the espresso martini experience with Sara and she was awesome. We stayed at the upstairs bar after the martini experience and Bianca and Alessandro were great too! Enjoyed our conversations with them. Thanks for making this one of our favorite experiences in Italy!!

Monica was incredible! She was obviously very knowledgeable about all things related to Starbucks and could make an incredible espresso martini (or three)!

Great visit loved the tour and Christian our guide and mixologist was excellent and showed us so much that made the experience another level nice small group of 6 people

We took the tour with Cristina and it was more than we could ask for. We came back two days later to enjoy more coffee and purchased several bags of coffee.

Very nice experience. Smart and friendly hosts, good food and beverage, clear explanations. The room for brewing was very small and table full of things. Maybe could be a better offer to use a stand-up position for brewing coffee.
