    Place with amazing people full of passion, great arrangement and ambience of whole experience during visit. Must have on a checklist during stay in Milan. Cost adequate to value.

    Utter rubbish, didn't do the tour as the whole experience was awful. The place is completely disorganised and staff including management couldn't care less. No staff to run the tour, those we spoke to were rude and couldnt care less. Having visited 3 other Starbucks roasteries around the world this was such a let down, truly awful. Avoid at all costs. I have contacted starbucks senior management for their excuses as to why this happened. Ruined our visit to the city of Milan.

    Sara, Bianca, and Alessandro were all amazing!! We did the espresso martini experience with Sara and she was awesome. We stayed at the upstairs bar after the martini experience and Bianca and Alessandro were great too! Enjoyed our conversations with them. Thanks for making this one of our favorite experiences in Italy!!

    Monica was incredible! She was obviously very knowledgeable about all things related to Starbucks and could make an incredible espresso martini (or three)!

    Great visit loved the tour and Christian our guide and mixologist was excellent and showed us so much that made the experience another level nice small group of 6 people

    We took the tour with Cristina and it was more than we could ask for. We came back two days later to enjoy more coffee and purchased several bags of coffee.
