   Here's an improved version with a smoother flow: The customer assistant wasn’t aware of our booking, which is understandable given the new system and recently opened location. Despite the place being fully packed, they did their best to accommodate us. In hindsight, we wish we had turned around sooner to avoid adding to the staff’s challenges. That said, it was still an experience that won’t deter us from returning. Their kindness and consideration in handling a non-standard situation were truly commendable.
