Food was terrible, service was terrible and there was zero atmosphere. The blue milk was simply light blue cows milk and it wasn'teven cold, it was nothing like we experienced at Galaxy's Edge where it had an actual flavour. Paying $14 for a pineapple and orange fruit juice is simply a rip-off. Give it a miss and eat elsewhere.

The blue drink would have been much better with cold milk in instead of room temperature milk. The vermicelli noodles were over powered with the fish sauce. Saying that the prawns were good, as was the beef burger and sweet potato wedges.

We took our 3 grandsons to the SW cafe as a treat. It was very expensive & the food was ordinary. Definitely not worth the money, go to Macca’s, food is about the same quality. I would have much preferred to take them to see the SW Lego exhibition again - much better value for money!

We ordered our meals and only 1 of the 2 came. When asking about the 2nd meal we were told we only ordered 1. I showed my bank account which showed $79 taken out. They said they would check. About 15mins later we got our 2nd meal but there was no apology no sorry we accused you of only paying for 1. We had the burgers and in the end I didn’t eat mine as it was cold from waiting for the 2nd one to arrive and had a plastic taste. We left utterly disappointed with our experience. No staff member took control of our issue and we felt there was no leadership/manager who could have made it less complicated.

We drove a 5hr round trip for this experience and were very disappointed. The pictures we saw online were very deceiving and it made the experience look a lot more interesting. We thought it was going to be a lot more immersive than what was put on offer. We got there a little early and were told we would need to wait 5 minutes for our table which is fine, but we were left waiting more like 15 while the table we ended up at sat bare and the waitress forgot we were waiting until we asked again to be seated. The customer service was basically non existent compared to what you usually get in cafes or restaurants. The food selection was VERY minimal, bland and overpriced for what you get. With the burger you get a side of crisps, not chips, and it’s obvious they’ve just opened a bag of plain kettle chips and put them on the plate, we don’t expect a 5 star meal but this was a poor effort. The food wasn’t bad but it was bland and boring. There was no option for the normal soft drinks and you could only get coffee, water or fancy mocktail type drinks with some odd ingredients like coconut milk and ginger which didn’t go well with a meal. There wasn’t much Star Wars anything other than a blue milk drink, a small overpriced chewbecca gingerbread and 3 or 4 storm trooper statues. We ordered dessert and while we were waiting the waitress spoke to us for the first time in the hour we were there to ask how everything was, when we said we were waiting for dessert she said okay and a few minutes later 3 tiny $18 desserts came out, again nice but underwhelming and overpriced, 5 minutes later she came back again asking how it was again, clearly trying to rush us out when we had been waiting a while for the desserts. While the little interaction we had with the staff, everyone under pressure and disorganised rushing around looking stressed. We spent nearly $200 for 3 people and left feeling very disappointed.

Expensive (items overpriced for the quality, servings). Poor quality. Blue milk was literally milk with food colouring (we watched a waitress do this at the counter with a 2L carton). Death Star by chocolate was extremely small for the price. Chicken Katsu was a chicken fillet as opposed to smaller pieces. Poor service. Drinks missed, deserts missed. Had to chase these. First delivery of items to table was 1 drink (for one person), a desert (for another) and a main (for the third person).

You're paying for the logo rather than the food. The burger was a horrible flat pre-packaged patty with 0 flavour that tasted like it was microwaved, the meat was so small with the patty taking up maybe 70% of the size. The cheese not even melted, and the generic thins chips off the side was pathetic. The wedges needed far more salt, and the blue milk had 0 sugar so it was a bit unpleasant to drink. For nearly $100 for 2 mains, 2 pieces of admittedly decent size sushi, wedges, a milk and a mocktail it was clear we were paying for a logo and 3 statues over the food we expected. Sure, cool storm troopers and a small screen showing tie fighters flying past, but terrible value and terrible quality.

Was fun, but seemed to be lacking some magic, after eating at docking bay 7 and the cantina in Disney this seemed like it was a bit off the mark. In saying that, was not bad, just not “Wow”
