   This is a special all around experience. The wine paring is a must. The service knows how to pair flavors and really enhances the flavors. Service is personalized. This is probably a special occasion place for us but we will certainly go back. We are trying Stan’s tapas bar next.

   This is a totally hidden gem. The food was some of the best I’ve ever had. I felt like I just got out of an amusement park after dinner; excited, happy, and blissful. This is definitely our new special occasion spot!

   The meal started with the best prepared oyster I've ever had. The goat cheese tart was good, not an experience, but good. The chopped salad was the same. Salad dressing very good but salad over dressed. The basil granita intermezzo was a very nice touch. Risotto and steak prepared well and tasty. Dessert was good tasting, but nothing special. Was looking for more of an experience, as it was billed, but missed the mark, especially for the price. Expected more creativity.

    The food presentation was beautifully done and each course was outstanding. Nice wine selection too. Next time we will do the wine pairing with our meal . Just what our beach town needed and upscale dinning experience but low key . We will be coming back again and with friends!

    Really love the pre fixe menu and the wine pairing, which is optional. It’s nice to have fine dining at the beach, instead of the usual beach places and it’s actually a great value for the higher price. The selections are great on the limited pre fixe menu. The attentive servers only have a few tables in the small space, so the service is great.

    This small intimate dining space, is a refuge from adjacent busy Gulf Boulevard. It has a fixed price menu, rotating every 2 weeks, with a choice of appetizers & entree’. They offer a well priced wine accompaniment for each course, which I recommend. Service is first rate, elegant & understated. This is a great spot for that “special evening “. My wife & I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience, and we will return- hopefully often.

    Excellent food and service. $100 per person. An additional $50 per person was charged for wine service for sampling with the meal. All tables were serviced at the same time with type of entree instead of serving each table individually. Look foward to return visit.

    This was a lovely experience and we appreciated their attention to detail and concern for food allergies. It was a wonderful even my and we will do it again!! Loved the fact that is was small, quiet, and the owner stopped by to thank us for coming. Truly a gem in the Redington Shores area.

    Went to celebrate my wife’s birthday as a surprise - she smiled the entire time. Our server was Mike (great name there) who definitely changed the experience from good to excellent. The food was very good. We were able to get a valentines day package the week after - which featured lobster as the main course. You’re paying for the experience as the food and the wine, while very good, could be better at this price point. Overall we had a great time.

    Perhaps the best hidden gem in Pinellas County. We received the tasting and wine pairing as a gift. Every course was a new dance for the palate. Wonderful medley of flavors and the freshest ingredients. The wine pairing was delightful and the whole experience will definitely be repeated. Food and presentation exceptional.

    Stan's Epicurean was an experience. Everything was really well done, with a few nit picky exceptions. The fake brick wall is really jarring for what is supposed to be a fine dining establishment. The wine pairings were fantastic, it's a shame the waiter couldn't remember what was what. My filet was badly undercooked. Twice. I love a rare to medium rare steak, but this was cold and purple inside with an unpleasant texture. Otherwise the food was top notch, my wife's lobster was absolutely fantastic, and the pastries were world class.

    This was such a hidden gem and quaint find! We had the most amazing personal tableside service and really enjoyed every course! We are really into tasting menus and we were not dissapointed! We added the wine pairing which is a must! Highly recommend for a romantic evening or special celebration. We will definitely be back!

    Let me first say this is the best resturant I have eaten at on this barrier island chain. The culinary excellence a vacation destination should have should be second to none. But it’s not. My rating of three stars is as follows: Ambiance- The fake brick wall is atrocious. It reminds me of being in a Italian eatery from the 1980’s. The chandeliers also had dust on them. The table clothes had strings and were not pressed. For me this is simple standards that a fine dinning establishment must have. It’s not dirty just some details need to be followed up on. Wait Staff- The gentleman was good, but the deal breaker for me was when he did not know what type of sea bass was being served. He apologized for not knowing but that set a low expectation. Also when the dishes were served no explanation was given. It was just plated. I believe all good food has a story and that story should be told. It helps the person eating appreciate the value and quality of the product. Food- This is a hard one for me. The products were fresh. The taste of the seafood came through. Overall it was good. But is it $100.00 per person good? That is the question that left me hanging. Oyster - It was fresh and delicious. Briny, served with a butter sauce, but mine was still attached to the shell. This should have been cut. Crab Stuffed Crepe - The crab was very salty and made into a paste. Just not a fan of two soft textures together in that way. (Two other dinners returned it) Arugula Pear Salad - Everything was very fresh. At the end of the day, it’s a salad. Sorbet to clean the pallet was delicious very well done. Pan Seared Sea Bass- It was cooked perfectly. The taste of the fish showed through very simple and clean. Wish the portion was bigger. Desert- Triple Chocolate Mouse Cake - Delicious. Overall, good dinner just no “wow” factor to really drive the $100.00 per person plate. Would I go back? Possibly. I do love what they are trying to do in this area.

    Beautiful setting, understated and warm. Was very fun to see “what comes out next,” and with a group we all had the same experience w/ same meals… so, it was ‘how did you like it?’ Of course usually when we go out we pick different things but there’s something really fun in having all the same. Very communal. At the same time, I wouldn’t mind going there on a date! We made a few suggestions, since we’re a foodie group, on the appetizer and dessert. Requests were handled with graciousness and kindness. No one else that I know of is doing this on the peninsula, so, I definitely recommend the elegant experience.
