Quality American food. Tasty. Not overly fancy but extremely well executed.

We had an amazing waitress who was upbeat and enthusiastic, made the experience extra special.

Went for anniversary dinner with my boyfriend, they gave us a free dessert which was super nice. Food was great and service was excellent!

Never disappoints...food and service was excellent. only thing is I highly recommend reservations as it's always busy.

Great food but it was so loud that it was somewhat hard to hear others at my table and I couldn't hear the live jazz music at all, which was one of the main reasons I went there!

Service was a bit slow but they were pretty busy, especially for a Wednesday night! It feels very cozy with the fire place. Food was good but not amazing. Deviled Eggs tasted like they were made with Miracle Whip. Scallops in the nightly special were a bit overcooked. Egg Roll appetizer was yummy as was the tuna tartar special. Overall good spot with lots of options.

Despite the weather, the restaurant was open! We ate delish food at the bar, listened to a little live jazz, and had great service from Jeff.

Everything was very good. The only suggestion for improvement is that it would have been helpful for the waiter to let us know that the desserts were super-huge and meant for more than one person.

Service was great, food was good. We were the first to sit the the area by the fireplace, it was chilly but it did warm up.

Never disappointing. The food a service is always outstanding. The only drawback is the noise level. With the live Jazz in the background and people talking it can make it difficult to hear the staff and company your wth

This used to be our go to place for celebrations but the last couple of times we have been here, it has been disappointing. Due to several things that happened on this visit, it will probably be our last time for awhile. First our reserved table was not ready when we arrived. We noted that it was our anniversary and asked to a table by the fireplace and the receptionist led us to believe that if we waited a few minutes, that is what we would receive. When we were called, we were not led to a table by the fireplace, even though we clearly saw that there was an empty table there. Our server seemed flustered and did not acknowledge our special occasion. We thought maybe she would do it at the end when it came time for dessert. She took our orders and even asked me specific questions related to my entree. When the food was delivered, I received the wrong entree. She came over an admitted she had entered the order incorrectly, apologized and told us the manager would be bringing my corrected order. After a bit, my entree was delivered but not by a manager. We honestly expected that between the fact that we did not get the table we wanted, it was out anniversary, and my order was wrong, we would be offered a free dessert, drink or something. None of this occurred. We left disappointed and agreed that based on what we had paid, we would be celebrating future special occasions some place else.

We sat at booth that was a not made for 6 adults. Music too loud.

Servers were fantastic, accommodating (we had two members of our party arrive late) and quick. Food was delicious as always. Wine options and craft cocktails are good.

Thanks to Fina for giving us such wonderful service (and for being so knowledgeable about the various menus). Ladies who lunch will dining here more regularly.

We usually have a great experience at Stanford Grill. This is our annual anniversary stop. This time though, the service was awful. Our first waitress was almost off and completely uninterested. She barely looked at us to speak. The second who took over for the first had a great personality, but completely forgot about us at the end. We let her know we had a movie starting at 9;40, but she vanished at about 9:15 and we never saw her again. At 9:38, I waived someone down to come help us and get our check. Disappointed this year. We may need a new spot !

Had a wonderful time at Stanford grill with my brother! Michelle was very friendly and knowledgeable. Never had to wait too long for anything and the food was amazing.

Third visit and they didn’t disappoint! Service was stellar, food was fresh and delicious, atmosphere was warm and welcoming. This spot is a new fave and we highly recommend!

We Absolutely loved Dining at Stanford Grill on New Years Day! We made 6:30 PM Dinner reservations and Thank Goodness we did because we were immediately escorted to our table directly across from the Fireplace when we arrived. There was many people waiting. Our waitress Brandi J was AMAZING! We ordered as appetizers House Salad(Yum!) and My husband loved the Loaded Potato soup so much! Brandi realized we wanted a slow, Romantic Dinner and let us take our time ordering our entrees.
We enjoyed Moscato & Merlot.
I then ordered the Salmon and my husband ordered the Chicken pot pie.
We Both enjoyed our entrees so much!
For Dessert I got Raspberry Sorbet and my Husband Strawberry ice cream YUM!! We ended with another Merlot for my hubby and for me The Best Espresso Martini I have ever had! SERIOUSLY we travel all over the world and BARTENDER:: This was the Best!!👍🏽💖 We will definitely be back soon!

we arrived a few minutes early and we were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation..time.

As soon as we were seated (5 minutes) our server arrived at our table and asked if we were ready to order and we said no, Within 5 minutes he returned again and asked the same question and we were still not ready to order.. At that point I told him not to give us the rush act so he can turn over his table . He did return within 10 minutes and we were ready to order.. NOT A GOOD START!!!.After a very rough start, our service did calm down.and the rest of the evening went well. I do not appreciate the rush act.

New Years Eve dinner out. Excellent food and beverages. Really enjoyed the jazz music.

We have been to SG several times before for both lunch and dinner. We made dinner reservations for New Year's Eve and it was very steady, but not crazy busy. They seemed to have timed the reservations well. Service was a little slow but we kept in mind that it was NYE. It took awhile for two burgers to come out and we sat for maybe 20-25 minutes after finishing our dinner before we saw our waitress. The wood fired burgers were good, we had been wanting to try them. SG always has someone walking around the dining room with a tablet in hand, I'm assuming to track the progress of each table. Although I understand why they do this, it is somewhat annoying to have someone constanly walking past your table noting your dining progress, it makes one feel very rushed. Other establishments do this but are a lot more discreet about it. On NYE, the "status keeper" must have walked past our table 15 times, looking closely at what stage we were at, so to time the next guests. Maybe SG should look at being a litle less obvious with this?

Wonderful waitress, splendid atmosphere and superb food. We totally enjoyed our New Year’s Eve. Couldn’t have asked for anything better. We are repeat customers and will continue to be so!!!

The Stanford Grill never disappoints.
I anticipated a packed house on new years eve, but it was surprisingly not to busy.
We were a small party of three, there to celebrate a birthday.
Steph, our server, was excellent.
The food was very delicious, as usual.
It was a nice, melodious atmosphere with the soft jazz playing in the background.
It’s a restaurant that you always enjoy spending time in.

This place was wonderful. Me and my sisters went for dinner after church and enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The noise level was very moderate! The customer service was stunning! I would recommend Stanford to anyone. Can’t wait to go back someday.
