   Dining with friends, couldn’t have asked for a better meal. Shared the Calamari which was braised and served in a delicious tomato sauce along with the best bread! Although we were used to having the typical breaded calamari, this was so much better and the four of us were so impressed with the dish. All of us chose different entrees and no one had any complaints (nothing but praise) and every dish looked like something I would want to order in the future. I had the meatballs with a delicious ricotta seasoned with mild herbs. I certainly hope to have the opportunity to dine there again in the near future to try some of the other menu items.

   We’ve been to this place quite a few times over the years and had lovely experiences.This most recent was the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my life...... before we were seated I noticed a past coworker sitting in the bar area, so I went over and said hello and continued to go upstairs where we were being seated. Once we were seated and were looking at the menu we noticed a lot of items we like were not on the menu. There was no chicken entree nor pizza but we navigated though and decided to do an appetizer of beans and greens,2 side portions of pasta the braciole entree and a bottle of wine. Everything was fine but we were served Entree sized pasta, we mentioned it to the server but no accommodation was made but it was really no big deal- we ate everything. After paying our bill, upon leaving I noticed my past coworker was still there, so I went to his table in the bar area to say goodbye.As he was introducing me to his wife and the owner who was sitting at an adjoining table- The bartender aggressively approached me and questioned my reasoning for talking to my former coworker. I said my goodbyes although I felt humiliated and offended and went outside. Discrimination has reared its ugly head.... before leaving I called the restaurant and asked if the manager could come out, I was too embarrassed to go back in. The bartender,the person who aggressively approached and insulted me came out representing the manager offering no explanation or apology as to why I was approached in that manner,I immediately asked for the owner. The owner came out he apologized but did not address the situation nor identify the proclivity of the bartender’s rude and discriminatory actions... I can’t make this ish up.

   Enjoyed our authentic Italian dinner at Stagioni this week. Great food and sevice. The room was rather noisey until a large group in our room left.

   It was good but not fabulous! Service was excellent! Beyond excellent!!!!! Atmosphere was quaint. Give it a try !!!!?

   Excellent meal. Homemade mozzarella fantastic. Capellini with tuna and ricotta gnocchi wonderful. Meatballs great. Overall a wonderful experience.

   very good food. Good service. worth repeating. parking can be a bit tricky as with any place on the south side.
