   We were staying at the Pantages Hotel and for convenience sake had made a reservation at the Stages Restaurant to eat before a show at the Mirvish Theater down the street. We had two different servers at our table. Bother were polite and efficient. The food was disappointing for the prices being charged. My wife had a wedge salad that was supposed to have shavings of parmesan cheese - no cheese. It was supposed to have bacon on it - it was more like chopped piece of ham. I had a pasta dish with Bison/Pork balls and the balls were just warm while the pasta and sauce was good. The restaurant only has a few tables and we were seated closely adjacent to another couple. The bathroom for the restaurant is a bi-gender bathroom. My wife didn't appreciate being in the bathroom while a man was also in there. I would suggest eating somewhere else, given the choice.

   Lovely intimate and quiet restaurant to dine in before heading to the theatre. We shared the trio of dips, caesar salad, and pork and bison meatballs. Everything was delicious. The server (I wish I knew the gentleman's name) was very attentive and such a nice man. I was mostly impressed that the wine list was predominantly Ontario wines! As we were leaving, I commented to the bar tender about the wine list and the food and beverage manager just happened to be there. He said it was deliberate to offer mostly Ontario wines and I thanked him. Buy Canadian!

   Steak seemed a lot smaller than 5 oz which is already a small portion. It was not tender at all and I did not like the sauce it came in. That may be a personal preference but I found it very off putting. The place was awesome and quiet and loved the proximity to Massey Hall. Would possibly go back in the future because of this, but I would definitely not order their steak ever again. Service was great however.

   Steak was grisly Snitzel was good Condiments came in plastic containers… Shame on the restaurant for not using reusable Staff was lovely and location to Massey Hall was perfect Will not go back unfortunately

   Lovely room and fireplace, and very convenient to the theatre. My companions enjoyed their schnitzel dinner but my ribs were not very good. A VERY small portion (3ribs) for 28$, and not very tasty. Wait staff were very attentive and friendly.

   Terrific service. Super nice venue. We sat in the library, which had a cozy feel. Place was very quiet, great for conversation. Food was excellent. Would definitely come here before a show again!

   Went for a pre-show dinner. It is small restaurant only one server but service was good and prompt. Food was just as good as the higher priced downtown restaurants.

    Great place to go after a show Noise level was great I have hearing aides and the ambient noise was very low. Kind of on the small size but if it is attracting a good customer base it’s good. Staff were great and the food was well presented and good. Price is within range. I would recommend this place to anyone.
