I had the chicken marcella and it wasn't good at all. Also asked for pasta rather than mashed potatoes they offered only linguine which came dripping in butter. The atmosphere was breathtaking, beautiful building and scenery too bad food wasn't as good.

I was hesitant based on recent reviews regarding the service. We were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of our server. Even the manager came over to check on us. The food is a bit overpriced but good. We got the burgers and they were cooked perfect. Had to pay extra for a slice of cheese but good regardless. The views can’t be beat.

When we went it was a Thursday night at 7. They had lots of empty tables and no one came to our table. After 8 minutes we got up and left. Several servers went around to other tables, but we were ignored. We ended up at the spotted dog where we had excellent service by Freddy and the food was amazing!!

Excellent food! We had the Tomahawk Steak. 36 ounces. Was cooked perfectly. Service was outstanding!! Would definitely eat here again.

Visited for my friend’s 60th. We all had amazing steaks - my hubby and I shared a fabulous ribeye - you can choose your own! It was a little pricey, but one of the best steaks I have ever had; absolutely amazing!!! Wait staff was excellent. Highly recommend and will certainly visit again!

It took a long time for the waiter to get to our table initially but once he came, service was very good. Prices were fairly high for our meals.
I'm saying "no" on recommending to a friend because I think there are places with food just as good and a better value.

Ugh. It took waiter 13 minutes to come to our table. It’s like we were completely invisible. I heard someone say we were seated in a section with no waiter. Well, that’s not MY problem. They were out of a couple dessert items that we wanted. What they did bring (a GF cake) was totally inedible. Just a really bad way to spend our anniversary

Overall this was a great meal (actually 2, we went back another night). The space is comfortable, tables wide-spaced, and the views are fantastic, service is excellent. An Atlantic salmon (aka farmed salmon) was good, but would have been better with wild salmon. A Caesar Salad was large enough for 2 or 3 people, and somewhat intimidating, but excellent (we didn’t finish it).

On another visit, the boneless rib eye was perfectly prepared, and large enough for 2 (we shared one order).

The food was not that good! Lacked flavor in both the ribeye and Duroc pork chop we ordered. They were also out of the only dessert we wanted and it was early in the evening.

On a good note, our server (I think his name was Drake) was friendly and did a good job.

Not sure if they were short staffed or had a new staff but the service was extremely slow. It took almost an hour to get our appetizer. The food was well worth the wait though, absolutely outstanding.

After a long day visiting Zion National Park, we were lucky to have an early dinner at the Stagecoach Grill ! The background views rival any restaurant I have ever seen and the service was absolutely top notch . There was a large variety of different food, and our orders were both excellent ! I can’t wait to return !

Good pasta Alfredo. Onion soup so-so. Salads and cocktails were great.

Wonderful dinner for the 4 of us. Staff and our waiter were very friendly. Ahi tuna was very fresh and cooked perfectly along with the vegetables and rice. Good beer selection including a few local brews. Great place to eat, drink and relax after a long day of hiking.

Very nice restaurant and convenient while in Springdale while visiting Zion National Park. The food was really good; the steak was a little fatty and the french onion soup wasn't the greatest. But, we got in with no problem on a pretty busy night and the service was wonderful. Superb ambiance.

Short version:
Terrible floor management, one exceptional server (Danielle), nice views and pretty good food.

Long version:
We had quite an interesting experience at Stagecoach! We got there early so we asked if we could sit in the bar and have a drink first, so the young host said sure - he’d come get us at 7. Once we drank half of our drinks and it was past 7, we went to check on our table and the host had crossed off our name! He said he thought we were eating in the bar. So he scrambled to set a table and fortunately it was next to the window and we got to see the sunset. They have a great vantage point. But we then spent an hour with no menus and no one stopping by our table even though everyone around us was being served! The bartender finally came all the way from the bar and asked if anyone had come over to us, and when we said no, she got us menus and another round of drinks. She became our server for the night, running back and forth from the bar (at least 100 yards away), saying they were short staffed. We watched people around us come and go! And had to ask 3 times for water. We DID order the crab cakes and pork chop and both were very good! And the bartender gave us a free dessert for our patience. Since we weren’t starving, it was okay but if we’d been hungry it would’ve been a disaster!

The Open table description states wait staff wear masks but Noone dies. When I expressed concern to my waiter, he said the did not have to wear them. The food was good and the atmosphere fine though i elected to sit on front porch. The scampi was good.

Noticed just after being seated that the table near us was sending back a steak and having some other issues with their meals. My daughter ordered a steak as there were very limited gluten-free choices and her steak was over-cooked. I ordered the Mediterranean salad and got a bowl of cherry tomatoes, cucumbers and onions mixed in a dressing. No greens, olives or cheese (they had run out of cheese). I told our server and she came out with a small bowl of 5 olives. It was awful. My daughter and I left there and ate elsewhere. I felt bad for our server as she was trying so hard to accommodate us. I honestly believe this restaurant actually just hired someone off of the street to come in and cook as I am certain that no chef would serve the food we were served. The views are the only thing keeping this place going. I do think if they hired a real chef and served well prepared food, this place would be a hit.

The staff was overwhelmed due to power outage in the town. Other than the demeanor of the hostess lady they handled it well. The NY steak was honestly one of the worst I have ever had. Extremely tough and cold on the outside. My wife had the ribs and they were dry and seemed like they were leftovers reheated from the day before. I appreciate staff that is willing to work and understand the situation due to the times we live in. I would suggest finding another restaurant based on our experiences.
