   I had heard so much about Stage. We decided to make a reservation for dinner. The restaurant was beautiful but very noisy. We were seated next to a group of four women who spoke at the top of their lungs. The Hot and Cold sections on the menu are extensive, but the full dinner section is very limited. We ordered the Green Hummus from the Hot section to snack on while deciphering the menu. The Green Hummus with pita bread was delicious. For the main course, my date ordered a hamburger, and I had the grilled octopus and a side of beets as recommended by the server. I love beets, but this dish is too heavy with yogurt and mayo. We finish our meal with coffee, mint tea, and an order of Tropical Fruit Pavlova per the server's recommendation. My date said the coffee was outstanding. I thought my mint tea was the best, and we both loved the dessert.

   We had a reservation for 8:15. After waiting 30 minutes we spoke to the assistant manager who informed us that they were waiting for a few tables who finished paying to get up. He told us they would text us when the table was ready. At 9:55, I went back to the restaurant to inform them they never texted. This is the second time this has happened at this restaurant. This is poorly managed and unacceptable when we booked a reservation a week in advance.

   Food was ok- not great but ok. We were not happy with the service.We arrived on time for our reservation. We ordered appetizers and our main course. An hour later we had not received anything. We asked a manager to check on our food, he disappeared for a minute and returned with all our food at once because it had been sitting there all that time. We opted to not have dessert and asked for and received our check. We barely finished paying when (way less than 2 hrs after arriving) the host came over and asked us to hurry because he needed our table for 8 guests. We will not be returning.

   This new entry into the Boca dining scene is a winner. When we arrived with a reservation on a busy Saturday evening, we were seated immediately. Shortly thereafter we were greeted by our server, who took our drink order and answered questions that we had regarding some of the dishes on the menu. Our drink orders were brought to the table quickly given the fact that it was a busy Saturday night, We started with the garlic naan, and a chutney, the naan by itself was sufficient, and did not need a chutney to enhance the flavor. For dinner, we shared the white truffle and mushrooms, Carangi, the broccolini, and the fish of the day, which was a swordfish in a wonderful sauce. Everything was brought to the table efficiently. Of course, the waiter is pushing hard to sell us additional drinks and dessert, but that’s to be expected. This is my first time coming to stage restaurant, but we will return.

   I recommend eating outside. The ambience is much better. The interior dining is like eating in a shoebox. Very loud and congested. The food was just OK for the price. I had the pork chop, which was a little dry. I ordered it medium, which the server said was the chef’s recommendation. It could have used a sauce, like a white wine reduction My girlfriend ordered the chicken masala. The curry overpowers the flavor. A little spicy also. The best thing they have going for themselves is that the service is great. They are obviously well trained. The key is that every server has a handheld computer to place the order. Runners immediately bring your drink that was ordered to you within a minute or two. The servers never leave the dining section they are assigned to because they don’t have to run to a kiosk and enter the order.  Their InKind loyalty points program is lame. They offer 20% back, but the points expire after two months. Compared to Local, Landry’s, Atlas and other reward programs, this is subpar. To reap the benefits of this program you would have to dine in there a couple times a month. There are just too many restaurant choices in Boca Raton now. And their food is not that good to be a barfly at this location.

   I ordered the flat iron steak for $31.00 and it was delicious, however, it came with nothing. No sides, not even a garnish, just the steak on a plate. Very strange they didn't add a small salad or at least a veggie. My friend had the pork chop, $39.00 equally as good, and it came with a side of potatoes and peppers. A small portion but delicious. Our server told us prior to ordering the plates are meant to share. I don't think so. Gave it a try.

   Went with a group of friends, all enjoyed our flavorful dishes. The sword fish, the tikka Marsala, the peri peri chicken, all cooked with care and GF options . Thank you 2nd time will come again

    I went for our friends birthday. The food was incredible! So flavorful each bite. The service was fantastic and loved the open air atmosphere. I came back for lunch the next day 😊. I will be back!
