Everything was amazing. It was a great place to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and the service was pleasant. We will definitely be returning.

Loved everything. The hostess was sweet. Our waiter Brice was amazing. I highly recommend the Eagle Rare Spritzer. We started with yummy tuna tartare and boudin egg rolls. We finished with cookie and ice cream. I loved everything.

Wonderful. Return to date night after pandemic. Haven’t been out since 2/28.

Food and service was excellent!

The food was phenomenal. We started with the Oysters Maison and they were out of this world. Will definitely go again. Is pricey but worth it.

I would honestly give all stars available if I hadn’t witness the GM going to EVERY table and addressing patrons EXCEPT for the table I was seated. Not to mention, we were the only patrons of color in the entire restaurant.

Another great dining experience. First let me state that the service was wonderful.
We were dining with visitors from Tampa. We started with appetizers of Crab cakes, spring rolls and a special Scallop dish covered with this delicious seafood cream sauce. All three were great. Five of us dined on steaks and one ate the mushroom ravioli with crab meat. Add a few veggies and bake potatoes and you end up with a wonderful meal.
No one wanted dessert because we were all stuffed.
Excellent experience and my visitors were well pleased.

Our steaks were tender and flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent The wedge salad was one of the best I’ve ever had. We will be repeat customers!

I took a friend to lunch for her birthday, and Stab's was definitely the right choice! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. It is the kind of place you would be comfortable entertaining friends or business associates. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and attentive. We started with the boudin spring rolls. They were amazing! Bread provided with our meal was exceptional. Both of us ordered the Stab's Prime Business Lunch. Our steaks were perfectly cooked with onion strings for garnish. The steaks were tender enough to cut with a butter knife. The house salad was very tasty, and each meal came with a very generous portion side dish. We both had crème brulee topped with fresh fruit for dessert and finished with coffee. The restaurant also presented my friend with a special birthday dessert which she took home because we had ordered dessert. Stab's is first class with exceptional food, ambiance, and service. I will be back!

The Stabs in Central is much better. The ambiance is more intimate and the food is better. The service was very good though. Unfortunately despite making a reservation stating it was a special event, and a half empty restaurant, we were sat in front of the kitchen door so we had to listen and watch servers come and go the entire meal.

Food was not at a level of consistency I would expect from this kind of establishment. Much better steakhouses in town.

Service was top notch and the food was excellent!

The waitress was lovely. The steaks were so salty they were almost inedible. We brought friends saying they were the best in town. When our friend, who has frequented Sullivan’s told Leo, he was quite cavalier and insisted we get a complimentary dessert which we kept saying we didn’t want. Hardly compares to $100 of steak. Our table was cold bc it was next to the front door and noisy bc some older drunk men kept coming in and going out. Overall not the Stab’s we have liked in the past.

Very nice lunch - food was delicious but the pace was very slow. Lunch ended up lasting over 2 hours.

Service was ok, food was way overpriced. Have eaten at WAAAYYYY too many restaurants for waaayyyy less.

Server started out awesome and then quite simply disappeared. After 10 minutes of staring at our plates and empty glasses someone finally asked if we needed anything. Server showed back up and said got pulled to another section.

Food was okay. We have had better food there!! Smoked brisket was like shoe leather and my filet was over cooked. Asked for medium rare and got medium well. Vegetables and dessert best of the night.

First time there and it was excellent!

Late night Valentines Day. Had a reservation for two but surprised to have been seated in small section near the kitchen. There were other tables in the main room that went open for the remainder of the night. Felt like we were on the outside looking in from there. Our server was young, but cordial. Inexperience for a place of this caliber showed. Now for the food. The wood fired oysters tasted great, but seriously a joke in that dish they cook and serve them from, and the oysters were tiny. Real oyster shells Trump this dish every day if the week. Crab cake was awesome. Very well executed and most memorable item of the night. Shrimp cocktail also very good. Steaks were also good but mine was overdone. I didn’t bother objecting because it was still really good. Menu selections seem to be more diverse than the competition.

Valentine’s/birthday/family...the meal, the evening, the memory, all so worth it. Thanks for accommodating none of us!

Food was not worth the price, really only made up for its shortcomings with our amazing server.

the first time we ate here it was for a late lunch, service and food was exceptional. went valentine's day and was disappointed with my food selection and quality for the price.

very disappointed in the girls dressing in short short dresses and fishnet stockings. i found it very offensive and degrading for the women.

It was our anniversary, so we had been looking forward to a great evening, but after having reservations we were put at a table that wasn’t even long enough for the booth and the chairs were sticky, stuff got all over my dress. The food was way over priced. The only thing that saved the evening was the staff was amazing and our server saved the night! Thank you staff for an amazing job!

Stabs is a very nice restaurant, but there is nothing special about it. It's simply another high-end steak house.

$275 for 2 people which included 3 beers and 2 glasses of wine.

Food and service were excellent. Crab cakes were especially good.

I don’t know how the noise level rating works but the noise level was perfect.

We sat in the piano bar area as we always do, but it was extra boisterous that night. There was a table of about eight men that had obviously not seen each other in a long time and they were having a great time. It was refreshing. The food and service was five stars as always. We love this place. For sure the best restaurant in Baton Rouge!!

Savory bread pudding is to die for! The steaks always cooked to perfection!

Very good food. Salmon was delicious as was Carpaccio and cheese cake. We couldn't sleep that night so waiter may have given us regular coffee instead of decaf. Otherwise, meal and service were excellent.

Stab’s is easily amongst the top 3 classiest restaurants in BR. They’re service and food is impeccable. Live Jazz for Sunday Brunch was an added treat. I highly recommend going here, especially on special occasions. They will provide world class service!
