Great staff! The food is very good. A great spot for a nice meal and cocktails afterwards. *Note: at the time of this writing Sushi is limited to Friday and Saturday, not during the week.*
Great venue, great country, great people, very poor concierge service and zero attention to details. If you want to do anything on the Island help yourself!
As of Aug 2021, Fridays and Saturdays are sushi nights at the St Regis Bar. It's rolls only, no nigiri, sashimi, etc. Rolls are passable, but we were desperate for variety on the resort, so it was nice to have something different for dinner for a change. Pricey for what it is. BTW on another night, we tried the sushi at the Hyatt Regency resort (relatively near by), and it was way better. No contest!
Honestly a subpar experience. Server was focusing on larger tables. First drink order took 20 minutes to receive. Got my food order wrong, and missed an allergy.
Food was terrible service was polite but understaffed so very slow. Very expensive for bad bar food.
Excellent service & food was great. The outdoor seating faint the beach was perfecto. Live in Rincon PR and will be back
Love the different seating area more comfortable kids menu could be a little more expensive but all the adults chose from a to since we just wanted something light. Maybe more lighter options for adults also salads etc. as everything else is closed at five
Sushi was awesome!!! Cocktails were amazing as well.
The service was outstanding!! Everyone treated us like royalty. Drinks and food was excellent. We found our new favorite spot in Puerto Rico. Will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place.
Consistently excellent food and service—second time this week. Our servers, Deborah and Luisanel, were outstanding and attentive to every single request. Great experience x 2!
Food quality and presentation was below average and the service left much to be desired - hosts and waitstaff are not well trained and at times even rude. Making a reservation does not guarantee that you will be seated at that time - depending on time of day/night, expect to wait 30-40 minutes. The high prices make the whole experience even more unpleasant.
We paid for good expensive food elsewhere and it was fine. Here, the food was expensive and not at all good. If you only want to drink, it's probably fine. If you want to eat, I highly suggest you eat elsewhere based on our experience tonight. We will not be returning.
Lovely setting with a light fare perfect for a light dinner in a beautiful place. Parking is an issue which keeps it from 5 stars.
Good food but not much to choose from. Only 2 entrees on the menu and 5 small plates/appetizers!! Staff is really friendly and pleasant but the service could be better.
Good food. A little limited on the choices and fairly pricey. But what is served is good and the service is great.
Great Service and Atmosphere! The waitress was excellent and polite.
Great meal in paradise! Scallops crudo, grilled octopus and angus burger were delicious! Would definitely recommend and come back!
AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY!!! The prices however 😒
Food was good, just very expensive
Service was fine but took forever to get our foods. Over an hour just to get the appetizer.
Very limited menu for dinner. And the food wasn’t very good.
Really best here for drinks.
Sushi wasn’t available until the weekend ... maybe it would be better.
Waitress was very nice and very efficient!
Sushi was delicious!
Great location and tasty food
Great service and great drinks. The atmosphere was sophisticated, like it should be. No issues.
Like all the other food options, the St Regis Bar is underwhelming. Menu is limited and prices are inflated. However, the drinks are delicious and the servers are excellent. Go off property for a better dining experience!
Beautiful scenery indoors or outdoors and a well stocked bar. The burger was sinfully good. I would skip the seafood platter and if you go on Friday or Saturday they have a sushi chef. Servers were super. Note that if the wind dies down it can get a little buggy outside. A bit on the pricey side but it's the St. Regis - nothing here is going to be cheap.
The location is amazing, the staff is wonderful. The quality of the food and the pricing are insulting. $18 for frozen chicken tenders in some sort of a ketchup based sauce. $72 for a seafood platter that would serve one.
I would not discourage anyone from staying at the hotel. But if you do not venture outside the property for your drinks and meals, you have done yourself a serious disservice.
Other than the fine dining restaurant this is the only other place to eat in the entire hotel. The selection on the overall menu is limited but they certainly charge Saint Regis prices. Let’s see, a hamburger is $36. Your choice comes down to a bar or your room. On its face there is something wrong with that.
Dinner at the lobby bar: menu was very lacking. We asked for a salad and the girl said no we don't have salad even though they share the same kitchen with the other restaurants at the resort. The only entrees were a burger or chicken. We settled for over priced appetizers.
Very Good! Love The Sushi!
Great ambiance and service. Loved the decor. The sushi chefs were unbelievable
There is no manager here and it shows. The staff is confused and very inexperienced. Our server brought us the wrong beverages and food and when we mentioned this he simply stopped coming to our table without any attempt to rectify the situation. I expect a lot more from the St Regis.
Nothing more spectacular than enjoying a refreshing cocktail viewing the grass esplanade that ends with the brilliant blue of the Atlantic Ocean. Sushi bar with excellent quality and a great kids menu.
The Parros was outstanding quality and service.
Kristian at the beach bar was the best bar tender that we have met throughout the Caribbean. His attitude and effort to accommodate us was outstanding!!
Would agree with other reviews on here. The food was highly overpriced for what you were getting. We got an appetizer, 6 sushi rolls and 2 drinks. Cost us $200 after tip. The food wasn't any better than what you would find at an airport or mall. The atmosphere was nice but overall was value was poor. Would have expected a lot more from a St Regis property restaurant.
Fabulous! Everything on property is absolutely fabulous!
Food quality was very poor. We had the spicy tuna roll, crab Rangoons, and my daughter had the pasta pomodoro. The quality of the sushi roll was that of what you would get in an airport terminal. The pasta sauce was overly sweet. The crab Rangoons were mediocre at best. For such an expensive meal, it’s such a nice property, this was a huge letdown.
We had breakfast and dinner at the resort both were absolutely amazing. A must try is the passionfruit mimosa.
The guard at the hotel entrance did not let us in the property because the restaurant was not honoring Opentable reservations. I then proceeded to call the restaurant directly and the host said that, at 5:30PM the restaurant was just completely booked. Eventually we were told the restaurant was only available for St. Regis residents. I just hope that when everything settles, the restaurant can only survive with residents. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never visit the facility again in my life.
Please remove yourself from open table and save your potential customers an unpleasant experience! After a long drive I had the same terrible experience given by other reviewer of not being allowed in the resort property even though we showed our confirmed reservation. The security guard was not properly trained and was not aware of what open table was or who to call. He atempted several calls with no success. We also called the restaurant several times at the number shown in the reservation and the resort but no one answered. This is truly very dissapointing specially for a 5 star property.
