   Very nice, quality Sunday lunch with family at St Leonards. Nice ambience and plenty of people around. Food is tastefully served and of good quality. You are NOT going to go hungry if you go for the roast, as there are plenty of veggies and roast potatoes to accompany the meat. I had the pork, which was great, and the beef that others chose was juicy and plentiful. The crème brûlée was outstanding. Go for the 3-course menu! I thought it was pretty good value, though you will be looking at 50 pounds per person ++ if you go for a 3-course meal with a drink or 2... if this is in your price range, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend St. Leonards to you. We will be back for sure.

   Really nice Restaurant with great food. Really enjoyed not being rusted like other Restaurant. You had time to enjoy the experience.

   Interesting, well presented food served by friendly staff in a very pleasant relaxed atmosphere. The chef shows his talent in making dishes look and taste extra special.

   Superb Special Sunday lunch with my Dad. We had such nice time. Can't fault a thing.

   I had brunch with a friend. We both had pancakes which were excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating and service was well paced.

   Fantastic evening. Super friendly staff, lovely setting and atmosphere. Food was terrific - especially the desserts. So tasty, quality ingredients and excellent combinations of flavours. Lovely surprise to get an extra wee treat as we were there for a birthday celebration and the main host was really welcoming, knowledgeable and happy to help with anything. We will definitely be back

   The service was horrendous. We were left for ages before they took our order. Our food took ages to come between courses. It was cold in the restaurant and this made my food go cold quickly. No one checked on us to see if everything was ok. Literally the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant. The food was nice but not worth the price or the hefty service charge. I had booked this quite a while before we came, checked the website and there was no information about this date. Then I checked the website to find out there was a 3 course set menu in place and we had to have it with no other choice. If I had known I would have cancelled but I wasn’t told and I didn’t realise until it was too late. Would never recommend this restaurant, avoid!

    We came here today to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday and we were so pleased with the whole experience. We were in the smaller of the 2 private rooms. It was lovely to be able to chat and hear each other. Terry was really helpful & helped us with decorating the room. The food was delicious and the staff were friendly and attentive. We took the whole 2 & 3/4 hours which meant we could take our time and enjoy each course I would highly recommend this restaurant. Thank you so much
