It wasn’t a busy night but we were treated very well by Kevin. Everything was great. We had the rack of lamb and salt n vinegar pickerel. Both delicious!

The food was okay, a little dated and it looked like they were about to open up a brand new steakhouse soon which seemed to be a bit more modern that would replace St Germain. Our server was really great, polite and very helpful. But the kitchen skipped over our table, serned other tables before ours, and it took us 1hr 15 min to get our main course. Fortunately they had bread and kept offering more, the server also apologized for the wait and explained the issue with the kitchen. But we had to scarf down dinner since we were going to a show. Next time I would try the other restaurant at Casinorama, which seemed more modern.

Yes indeed, we are all very excited about our new restaurant to open once the renovations are complete. We are currently sharing our breakfast restaurant till they are done. Let me apologize for the delay in your dinner service. This is not the norm for us. Please come and check out the restaurant "Atlas Steak and Fish at St Germains" once we reopen. Scott

My wife and I enjoyed the experience, the food was excellent (Tenderloin and prime rib ) and our server was efficient and friendly and gave excellent suggestions for wine.. I have been there before at the other location and both times we thoroughly enjoyed the food and service. See you again soon. Reg & Linda Orillia

Great food, but took 50 minutes for our meal. Otherwise definitely worth returning, especially before a show at Rama. Be sure to book ahead!

Kai our server was amazing! Very friendly, courteous, continuously filling our water and drink refills. The food was amazing! We were celebrating my son’s graduation and our 21 anniversary! We will go back 100%. Thank you Kai.

Our waiter forgot to put our order in. 1 steak med rare 1 burger 50 minutes later we had nothing, then after spotting our waiter he looked panicked… he obviously forgot our order 10 minutes later we got a microwaved reheated burger so dry it was inedible. And we got a steak so rare it was still cold in the centre. Very sad We have been there many times. It’s expensive. Our experience is 1/2 the time it’s good, 1/2 the time it’s terrible That’s unacceptable

Hello Matthew, I am very sorry that you had such a poor experience. I have passed on the comments to our chef. He is sorry that the meal was not enjoyable to you. That being said, we do not have a microwave on the line, so although dry we cannot blame the microwave. Dined in the middle of the restaurant relocation, so it was as good as it would get. The food is average, but nothing that really stood out. With that being said the quality of fish and meat is very good, but most some dishes need to be refined in how they are cooked.

Ambiance was not the norm as they are in a temporary location while the restaurant is under construction. The food was excellent and our server Samantha was an absolute gem!!!
