   Another wonderful meal at St.Germains, in their temporary location (Weir's)! If Atlas turns out as good as St.Germains, then we will be lucky! It's so nice to have a high end restaurant where one is treated like royalty, savoring the chef's masterpieces! Both our steak tenderloins were cooked to perfection, medium rare, and everything else was as good as always. Next time we will have dessert! Seems we're always too full to enjoy an after dinner cocktail with dessert! Hopefully the renovated location of Atlas will be cozy and intimate for those special occasions! Looking forward to the opening!

   The smallest tenderloin I have ever had. It was tough in parts with too much grisle. It is usually tender. Some waitress came along, and bashed into our table, dropping a large bottle of wine. It hurt my ears. Noone seemed to care. The bartender could not get my drink order correct. It took three times, and it wasnt good.

   Enjoyed a good dinner, atmosphere is a bit off with the temporary location in Weirs spot but overall not bad. Food was very good and Eric provided good service. I look forward to going back once the renovations are completed.

   We should have been advised ahead of time that the restaurant was under renovation and was moved to the Weirs. I am going to blame my terrible food experience solely on the fact that it must be because the kitchen moved. I have eaten at St. Germain's before and it is one of the top steaks on my list - absolute melt in your mouth; however, my experience on Saturday was less than satisfactory. We ordered medium rare and medium steaks, and they ended up coming out well done and medium well. The portion was also much smaller than last time, even though I always order the 6 ounce. My potatoes were partially warm and partially cold. All in all, I'm nervous to go back. Maybe when I am sure they are back in their own space, but again, notice would have been appreciated. Or was it that the last time I was there was the one off? Hard to say, but what scares me most is lack of consistency.

    Food was very good and great service. My steak could have been more done. It seems they used to a bigger selection of wines by the glass. Very expensive per glass for Pinot Grigio.
