This place is no longer the beautiful characteristic tavern shown in the picture. Over 1/2 the bottles at the bar have been replaced with 2 large screen TV's, cereal dispensers, and other clutter. We were given a one-page pub-like menu and a full binder full of dim sum/Asian dishes. The food was good, but it wasn't the quaint tavern that we were expecting. Perhaps it's bustling with personality during the week at lunchtime, but our Saturday 2:00 visit was underwhelming.

This resturant did not match what is on google or Open Table. I think the business was purchased. It was a chinese resturant. It was extremely disappointing

Would not eat here again. Food was subpar, service was terrible, prices were NYC prices. Find a better breakfast place if by WTC.

We were expecting a Wall St British pub. It is part Chinese & British pub. Limited menu, odd interior & looks disorganized. I would not go here again.

Went after going to 911 Memorial.... walking distance. Lovely landmark building and very reasonable. Great martini too!

Had a 7 o'clock reservation for dinner. Never having been there before we went about 4 o'clock to have a lite bite to check it out. Had the Mussels and a Caprese salad to share. Both were outstanding. Told them we would be back at 7 for dinner and asked for the same table. When we arrived the table was waiting. We had wine and two entrees, a pasta dish and a steak. Everything about the place was great. Loved the energy, wait staff and food.
