Squatters Pub - Salt Lake City
Great, as always! Friendly servers, great beer and food
Fun environment and really good food!!
Great food, cheerful servers, and a fun atmosphere.
Great local spot for classic American/Pub fare with a tasteful twist. The late night menu is fairly robust with several delightful options to choose from. Service is prompt and personable without being rushed. Options range from flavorful yet health conscious choices to indulgent dishes satisfying the calorie rich taste bud. Have been here in 2 occasions while visiting on business trips and will certainly frequent this restaurant. Very convenient, walking distance (within half a mile) even on a cold winter night, from several downtown hotels.
It was really great, the food was amazing and our server was on top of his game.
Made a reservation online in advance. Our table was a high table right up against the glass doors and was fairly cold. Just an awkward place for a table as well In a very high traffic area. Our server was great and the food was ok. Would definitely recommend getting rid of that small uncomfortable table. No couple
Should have to be scrunched up into such a compact area.
I felt right a home as I was seated right in front of the fireplace. Atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. The French Toast was delicious and came on a giant plate filled with fruit. The Mimosas were affordable and the person serving made sure we never went thirsty. Perfect place for brunch with a friend. I was able to make a reservation for two the night before using an app called Open Table. It was a very good start to the day. If you're downtown and looking for a place that serves a brunch menu and affordable Mimosas this is the place.
Great, fun atmosphere with good food, good service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend!
Great food, great service. My favorite restaurant in Salt Lake City by far. The menu is very diverse, so there's something for almost everybody
Food was super yummy. The beer that was suggested tasted like the lemon slice that was in it - not so good. People were doing burpees in the corner - which I guess made it entertaining lol
I visit this brew pub on every trip to SLC. The service and food choices are always excellent. We are always happy with our experience here. Great selection of craft brews and a very diverse menu.
The hostess disappeared and was completely clueless. Server was outstanding!
The food and service was great. Fun place!
Have been multiple times, food very good for a brew pub - try the pizza, meatloaf sandwich or chicken curry. Place is very loud. Waitstaff generally very good. Only issue is a Utah one - low test draughts. Would love to try their double IPA unaltered on tap!
Good food and good service. Very glad we made a reservation.
OpenTable reservations worked well during a busy evening time slot. Food at Squatters was awesome as usual - Bacon-wrapped Meatloaf, Salmon, and Broadway Cheesesteak came quickly and was delicious. Highly recommend. Service was spot-on! Highly recommend Squatters!!
I was happy with the number of people that were at the restaurant, the food was pretty good, I'm a fan of the Utah Scones!
Great place for dinner with the kiddos, good brews, excellent food, prompt service even though it was busy and just a cool spot.
Great atmosphere, great Beers, Food needs big improvement,
We were in town for a football game and had a large group. We we’re seated promptly upon arrival. Our server was great—he recommended some favorite beers and dishes that did not disappoint. The only negative was that it was very warm in the restaurant.
The food was excellent and beer unrivaled! This is our go to restaurant when we’re in SLC. Service and staff are excellent!
Craft brews were good. The food was less than average. Having to pay for parking was the deal breaker for me.
We loved the variety of the menu — great place to take a group because everyone will find something they like!
Our server acted like he just got high before coming to work. He wasn't completely there. We noticed that every table around us had to wave him down for everything. We waited 20 minutes for him to take our order. Food was great. But I expected more from our server.
Service was fine. The host didn't seem to see the comments on the reservation that I wanted outdoor seating but he saw it when I mentioned it to him. The eggs Benedict was kind of cold. Looked like it had been sitting awhile. The patio was nice and not too crowded. Overall a good brunch.
Food was delicious and service was great. Outdoor covered patio was slovely too.
We were recommended this eaterie by a member of staff at the hotel we were staying in as excellent food. Unfortunately we didn't find this to be the case. The salad was acceptable but our fish dishes were pretty awful. Why do cooks ( I can't call the cook a chef in this case) insist on using too much batter? Is it because when it's cooked a tiny amount of fish can look like a whale? The batter here was thick, uncooked and frankly inedible. Our server was very pleasant and he acknowledged that there was indeed too much batter, largely uncooked. We left disappointed and unable to recommend.
Highly recommend the buffalo burger and blue salad (spinach and arugula greens with spinach and arugula greens, blue cheese and blueberries, reduced balsamic) with salmon. Also, the outrside dining is quieter.
Good food and service. Waiter was excellent and food came quickly
First time sitting outside on the patio and was not disappointed. Food and service is always great and of course the beer is top shelf, but experiencing all this outside on a beautiful evening was great. Too bad they don't have a view . . . rooftop?!!!
Perfect for lunch. Had some great seasonal beers and delicious burgers. Will definitely be back.
Very solid pub fare. Great beer selection. A bit energetic (it is a pub), but not overly so that conversation was uncomfortable. Service was a bit slow as it was crowded, but acceptable in pace and friendly.
Large menu, with plenty of salads, sandwiches, and appetizers. Nothing overly adventurous, but the standards were all done well!
Prices very reasonable and portions are very large.
We had a great time at Squatters. We requested an outdoor table on OpenTable when making our reservation, and that's where we were seated. The server was attentive and pleasant. The food was very good. I'm not very good at reviews. We had a nice time and the food was great.
Went with my son for late lunch/early dinner. Try the ahi tuna spring roll salad! Delicious summer treat :)
Bison burger was enough to satisfy a 19 year old !
Great spot with a diverse menu and a good selection of craft beers; excellent service!!
A great dinner. Happy we could dine outside since inside was noisy.
Had a 7:15 reservation, didn’t get seated until 7:45 . There was a convention in town. Not sure why they took reservations if unable to accommodate
