Excellent. Great drinks, service & amazing view. Like how they limit the number of guests so it isn’t packed. Makes the experience better. Would definitely go again. Did not have food so that is why inly one star as it didn’t allow me to mark no stars. Hope to try appetizers next time

We booked here for the view of the Empire State and the bar itself did not disappoint, the host was vibrant and friendly and the drinks were mixed decently. Unfortunately we were seated in a side section with a limited view and extra quiet music which made conversation a little uncomfortable. Our server took a while to take our order and when he did it seemed like he had forgotten about us entirely. There was a second server who checked on us though who was great! All in all it was an okay experience, but we had expected slightly better from a premium NY establishment.

We had a magnificent experience from my preliminary communications with Ellen then on to Sharon for ensuring the evening would be well executed. Our server, Pricilla, went way above and beyond what was necessary, but her charm, kindness, enthusiasm and joy made it the perfect evening with the beautiful Empire State in all its illuminated glory. The food was delicious and the drinks were smooth. We will be back to celebrate again and again, as long as you will have us.

Unfortunately the cold weather made this is a lacking experience: The bar was very small and narrow since all the doors/windows were closed. The indoor lights were too bright and obstructed the view w/ ton of glare and also didn't create an intimate atmosphere. Going outside meant standing in the cold, so you could only do that for a couple of pictures. At least the drinks were made well and the staff was attentive and polite, but there are better bar-experiences in Manhattan for the price.

Upon arrival for our reservation for four , greeted with smiles and attentive service provided by Mario. Though a gloomy day outside , it’s still quite a view - we were guests of the hotel and were grabbing a pre- dinner drink of espresso martinis - delicious. Off to dinner at Piggyback and then to MSG to see the killers , the Spyglass got us off to the right start .

Ambiance is great, very posh but not pretentious. The food and wine were amazing! Wine choices seem curated and paired well with the food we had. Magically so! Good luck getting a seat, seats are limited but definetly a fun experience!

What a wonderful location! The view is spectacular! Service was attentive. The view of the city with the Empire State Building highlighting it all was a treat! Big picture windows or sit out side along the railing.... we did both... they only have small bites available... the menu is super short... we started out in the bar in the lobby as we waited foe our reservation... we reviewed the menu there and they said it was similar on the rooftop.... however... yes, it was similar but missing almost have the items... would have appreciated a bit more food selection. That said... wow... what a view!!!

I booked for one view but was also moved to another seating. Additionally the concierge at the desk was quite rude requiring all parties to be present before sending us up even though we told him that one in our party was running 30 minutes late. The service at the bar was top notch and the bar manager was great though.

Although I had a booking they said that they had booked out the area to a private party. We were meant to be overlooking Empire State Building but we’re only offered a view of a brick wall. No apologies just blamed open table. It was for a special birthday which was ruined!

We sat on the rail with an amazing night view of the Empire State Bldg. Waited and manager were very nice and the food and drink very good. A bit pricey..view makes up for it. All around a great experience. We will be back!

El lugar es algo pequeño pero la vista al Empire State es espectacular y lo compensa. El servicio muy bueno y La comida rica y bastante bien de precio. La única pega es que cierran muy pronto y no nos dejaron terminar ni la bebida que teníamos pedida y casi entera, un gesto muy feo que cambio el buen sabor de boca que nos había dejado.

The arrangements for your booking are quite strict. We arrived a little early, and were directed to the ground floor bar to wait for our allocated slot. This restaurant/bar is all about the view, which is absolutely stunning. Very pleased to note that provision was made for my disabled wife (in a wheelchair) to have a lower level table with an amazing view. High top tables are not for everyone. Food and drinks a wee bit pricey, but really, what do you expect? Music a wee bit on the loud side, but maybe we're just getting old! Overall, an unforgettable experience.

I’ve been to a few rooftop bars in NYC but this one is my favorite for the views, friendly service, and non stuffy ambiance. We stayed at the hotel and made a reservation for some cocktails and were promptly seated in the best seats facing the Empire State Building and had a gorgeous view. We will definitely come back here.
