    Very busy, so we had a wait of about 15 minutes before we placed our order, but then it was swiftly dealt with by the friendly staff. Great ambiance (if somewhat noisy!) and tasty food. Really appreciate having such a lovely cafe on my doorstep to meet up with friends.

    Could not fault my visit for Fathers Day. Always a good sign when you walk in and it is very busy. Shows how popular it is. A warm welcome and very attentive service. The fuss, all the staff made with my 18month old, was a lovely touch. Food was incredible. Well presented and tasted really nice. Especially the seasoned mushrooms. Cannot wait to return

    Great venue and ambience Lovely food as ALWAYS V slow bringing food ! Our booking was atb9, at 9.50 had to ask where it was. Children's food brought first so had to entertain prior to food and then whilst we were trying to eat ours. Staff lovely , maybe understaffed? £55 a lot when we had to wait so long.

    It would be wise to always book ahead of arrival, to ensure that a table is available. Unless you are there to look around the extensive garden centre and wait for a table to become available.

    Couldn’t knock the food as it was lovely, but had to ask for our tap water to be delivered as it seemed it had been forgotten and the same with the bill, everyone was lovely but just the service was a bit too slow
