We had an extremely horrible experience. As soon as we arrived (15 min before a 9pm reservation), the hostess asked us to make our dinner selection by 9:15pm as the kitchen closes as 10pm. Then again as soon as we sat down a server came up to us and told us that the kitchen is closing in 5 min and that we need to place our order down. I was appalled. I told her it's 8:55pm and technically my reso is at 9pm so HOW is the kitchen closing in 5 min? She didn't answer and walked off. Then another server comes and asked if we were ready to order. I asked him to wait a few minutes as one of the guests was running a bit behind (she arrived at 9:07pm). I also voiced to him how rude it is that they are pressuring us to order and we just arrived, and this is a NEW restaurant. It killed our whole mood trying to rush us; you basically felt like you couldn't even ask questions about your order because they wanted to leave. They should be happy we are there, promoting the new venue, as opposed to rushing us out. One of the meals was horrible. The chicken tasted like rubber. We had to request for it to be taken back and to be replaced with a new meal. The server didn't even apologize for horrible meal. She returned with a "manager" who told us that they will replace the meal and the kitchen will stay open longer to accommodate us. They made it seem like they were doing US the favor, even though their kitchen (who is rushing to leave) undercooked our food that we are paying for. Honestly, this is the worst service I've ever experienced. I was actually appalled that a place like this provided us this treatment. I would not go back, even if you paid me. The only good thing was the view and how the rooftop looked.

What a special evening in NYC - Drinks and snacks on the rooftop while the sun went down was indeed priceless
