Very Nice place but the service was very slow! From a team of more than 10 emplomes, only one girl tríed to speed up the service! And the restaurant was empty!
The food was good without being outstanding!

I'm very perplexed about the request to rate Spring Place... and it's presence on Open Table. Our part of 8 ppl arrived at the restaurant which is inside of a building in Tribeca. It's setup "a la Soho House" with reception on the ground floor and two "hosts" checked us in, and showed us the elevator to the restaurant. Oddity number 1: we get out on the designated floor that appears to be in construction or renovation. We walk through an empty hallway with boxes and gear along the way, and reach the restaurant. Oddity number 2: the restaurant is beautiful and very stylish. But no one was there. NO ONE. Not one staff member. Not one guest. Oddity number 3: upon leaving, the hosts at the ground floor didn't even bat their eyes when we said no one was in the restaurant. As if the place was filled with guests enjoying brunch - which it wasn't. So we did what anyone would do under these circumstances, we left to seek out another restaurant in the area to have brunch. Let me know when Spring Place figures out how a restaurant really works... like as in staffing, people to greet you, seat you and serve food & drink.

Coya was a truly remarkable experience all around. We came expecting a typical NYC dining experience, but this was much more. We started off with cocktails at the bar and they were so beautifully balanced that you couldn’t help but want to try the whole list. When we were seated for our reservation our server Dan was so charismatic and knowledgeable about the menu. He answered all of our questions and gave us great recommendations. He really guided us through the evening in the best way possible. We ordered a mix of different things so we can try a little bit of everything, and truthfully we were blown away. Chef Sanjay Dwivedi has created a menu that is unlike anything I’ve ever had before. But aside from the beautiful blend of Latin and Peruvian cuisine, it’s the way he treats the ingredients that is truly exceptional. This dishes were so rich with flavor, yet light at the same time. He really pays homage to the ingredients, highlighting them for what they are meant to be, and then taking those flavors to a whole new level.

The entire evening was such a wonderful experience, and I sincerely hope Coya finds a permanent home in NYC.
