We are a locally owned souther cusine restaurant that sources some of our ingredients we cook with are sourced from local and regional farms, dairies and ranches guided by principles of sustainability when possible. EVERYTHING we make (vegetables, sides, sauces, accompaniments, dressings, soups, fries, etc.) is made FROM SCRATCH. It takes longer to prepare and costs us a lot more to our bottom line, but at the end of the day we fell better knowing that we’re serving the community great food while supporting “the little guy.”
We also have local beers on tap, an extensive wine list and craft cocktails.
Loradonna was our server , she is excellent, attentive, and one of our favorite people!
It is wonderful to have so many gluten free options! Thank you!
Great neighborhood restaurant. Always have delicious food and good service
I was very impressed by the restaurant and even more so by the huge selection behind the bar. I will be back for both the Bourbon and the food.
Excellent service & food...the biscuits are BEYOND perfection! Sad that they no longer have bottomless mimosas
What we ordered was very good. However we didn't care for the small plate menu. We ordered main courses and shared a small kale Caesar salad. The bacon jam on top of the burger was interesting and quite delicious. Pistachio crusted trout was fresh and big portion. Short ribs melted in my mouth. Will be back to explore more.
We had a wonderful meal in this charming, hospitable restaurant. The food was fantastic, service knowledgeable, the menu clear (food allergy references) and drinks were wonderful. We will absolutely be back, including for their next bourbon night!
Wonderful food with our meal spaced out perfectly. No pressure to leave after we paid either.
We come back frequently for good food, drinks, and service. For our 26th wedding anniversary, we enjoyed tapas of onion rings, fried green tomatoes, and a Portuguese wine. As a gift, a fruit cobbler with ice cream- yum!
Quinoa salad was excellent as was our waiter, Steven.
I loved my trout and had what I brought home for lunch today. One of my friends had the lamb stroganoff and said the meat was tough and very few veggies in it, mostly noodles. Very disappointing as he was an out of town friend and I had recommended the restaurant.
To find a restaurant that has as one of its primary focuses on offering GF options is rare. Sprig hits the nail on the head. Our party of four enjoyed separate and different entrees. Each was prepared well and simply...delicious. Sprig is not at all close to where we live, but we will be returning often.
Food and atmosphere are very nice here. Service staff is friendly and an overall good experience. Will dine here again !!
We had a group dinner in which we had very attentive service and a very good variety of meals -- all of which came to the table at the same time, hot from the kitchen. I've been eating at Sprig for many years and the quality has been very consistent -- which is testimony to its staying-power. With its casual ambience, it's also a great place to go to for just a cocktail or wine plus some apps. I highly recommend this gem of a neighborhood eatery in the Oak Grove community.
Great food - out of town guests loved it.
Hands down the best gluten free restaurant I have every tried.
Went to Sprig for the first time and was with a group. Our group was put into a walled off area just off the dining room, creating a semi-private setting for our discussions. The service was attentive without being intrusive. The food got rave reviews from all of the participants.
We have eaten here many times and this was not a great experience. The food was cold the service was slow and things just didn’t seem like they were running smoothly
Always comfortable, neighborhood feel, and casual ambiance. Food is excellent and we LOVE the Oak Grove specialty drink.
Excellent food and service for a large table of 9. Creative small plates with some traditional options. Highly recommend.
Food is always excellent. I love the seasonal menus. Also appreciate that it's not too loud inside. I'm able to chat with my dinner companions comfortably, no shouting required. Service was great when we initially arrived and through the main course, probably owing to the fact that we arrived early and the restaurant was mostly empty; however, more diners had arrived by the time we were ready to order dessert. The waiter brought dessert menus and we intended to order dessert, but he was so long in checking back to take our order that we lost our appetites and decided to just get the check.
They seated our party of six in a private booth up by the front -loved that! And we had the BEST waiter!! I will definitely watch for him on my next visit!!
As always, the food was delicious and prepared just right AND delivered all at the same time!!
Wish I could remember waiter’s name - hope they know he’s a gem!!
Everything was fantastic and they took my dates food allergies very seriously. The server was more than accommodating and very pleasant. They had a great wine and alcohol selection.
Fish not cooked . Mains appeared about 3 minutes after apps.
We have enjoyed Sprig for years. Quality of food, ambience, service is reliably great. It is also wonderful to have so many gluten free options, that are really good!!!
Food was great, just a little disappointed that mussels and fried calamari where not on the Fall menu
Everything was fabulous as always...one of my favorite places to eat.
What a great place to get brunch!! The food and service were awesome. The atmosphere was laid back. I wish I lived here so that we could come here often. If you have to eat gluten free, there were so many choices.
Sprig is a neighborhood gem! My friends and I met for lunch on a Saturday. The food and service was great. I eat here and 1910 public House sister location in LILBURN fairly often but my friends from out of town really enjoyed it.
Every time I go to Sprig, it is a delightful experience! The food is always delicious and the service was wonderful too!
We had a party of 7. The food was good, though definitely not up to their usual standard (that is a very high bar). We also somehow always get seated near the bathrooms and in the middle of the floor, despite much better tables being available. This is the 4th time in a row we’ve been out there. We’re excellent tippers, I don’t know what the issue is...
Always great. Friendly staff, great drinks and dinner.
Fantastic neighborhood restaurant.
The lamb stroganoff is fabulous, my wife devoured her trout.
Great food. The fried deviled egg appetizer was delicious. The spinach salad was excellent. We had lamb stroganoff, salmon and fried chicken..,very good. Excellent service.
Awesome food and service
Have been there several times and never disappointed. The fried oysters are wonderful. Every meal has been delicious!!
We had a party of 6. Seated promptly and drink orders placed quickly. Appetizers were yummy and plentiful. We filled up mostly on those. I ordered the quinoa salad with fried oysters. It was delicious and so much that I needed a take home container. We love the friendly atmosphere, and the local neighborhood vibe. Will definitely return!
First time for brunch at Sprig, my companions had the shrimp and grits which they devoured completely with no complaints. My Cajun spiced chicken and Belgian waffle was not so Cajun spiced, but still really satisfying nonetheless. I was concerned that their website says they close at 3, but other sources claimed 2 or 2:30. Our reservation was for 1:30, but the happy thing is that the last of us were allowed to linger past that time with no rushing. Thanks so much, Sprig!
Main course arrived before appetizers finished.
