We are a locally owned southern cuisine restaurant that sources from local and regional farms, dairies and ranches guided by principles of sustainability when possible. EVERYTHING we make (vegetables, sides, sauces, accompaniments, dressings, soups, fries, etc.) is made FROM SCRATCH. It takes longer to prepare and costs us a lot more to our bottom line, but at the end of the day we feel better knowing that we’re serving the community great food while supporting “the little guy.”

We also have local beers on tap, an extensive wine list and craft cocktails.

Had fried oyster and ahi tuna appetizers and split a lamb stroganoff entree. Plenty to eat and everything was tasty. Brittany was our excellent server. Restaurant can be very noisy when at or near capacity. We’ll definitely return as it’s one of our neighborhood favorites.

I have never felt more unwelcome in any restaurant in my life. If you are not a regular, they don’t want your business! We were told four times within an hour and 20 minutes that we had a limit of an hour and 30 minutes for the table. Have no intentions on returning.

great neighborhood dining. Good atmosphere. When full inside the noise level may make it hard for some to hear table conversation. The service over multiple dining experiences has been hit or miss. The staff is likely inexperienced, new, etc - they have a positive attitude but just aren't savvy on managing the table experience. This time the entree came out well before we had enough time to eat the salad. That was frustrating. There was not room on the table for everything so we sacrificed the rest of the salad. Drinks were not refilled unless we flagged down the wait staff. The food is generally good including dessert. It's convenient for us and enjoy sitting outside in nice weather. So if you can flex on service you will enjoy Sprig.

Sprig rarely disappoints, but last they (the kitchen) was off their game. It won't stop us from returning, however. Let me just say . . . coleslaw does NOT belong ON a bun. It totally ruined the offering. If I get so weak as to order this dish again, I will request every single component on the side and build it myself.

Sprig is one of our favorite neighborhood restaurants. The food is always amazing, if you have never had grit fries, you need know about these now! And if you are into it, they make a pretty darn good Old Fashioned. Service was great as usual! And the food arrived promptly and hot! The restaurant was very busy for a Tuesday night and got a bit load toward the end of our stay. We will definitely be back again!

Sprig is one of my favorite restaurants! It's always my first choice for meeting friends for lunch, a celebration dinner or treating out of town guests. The menu has something for everyone and it's impossible to order anything other than superb. The service is always top notch with knowledgeable, friendly wait staff!!! This is truly a hidden Decatur gem!!!

Great food, ambiance and service. The stiffed mushroom appetizer was divine. My guest snd daughter had burgers, which they loved, I enjoyed my Grouper Tacos. The best I’ve had here. The cocktails were perfect.

This restaurant is outstanding. The food is special and the service is spot on. The noise level can be intense when it is crowded. My favorite is the fried chicken sandwich (not always on the menu - ask for it) and the brunch eggs benedict is fabulous.

The food is excellent, but they’ve raised their prices. We had a new server who didn’t tell us that the side dish we substituted would be extra until we saw the check. Also, she forgot to bring that dish until the very end of the meal. I’ve had better experiences there, so I’ll definitely go back. I just will forgo the appetizer to keep my cost down.

Went early (5 on a Friday evening) so conversation was easily possible. It got a little louder about the time we left. Food was great, portions just fine, and service staff was good. Nothing really stood out, a great value and a nice place. I would go back if looking for a place on that side of town.
