Sprezza

Our food was delicious and our server did an excellent job. We always enjoy our meals at Sprezza. I especially like the unusual salads they prepare that are quite tasty.

Sprezza is the best! Service was fantastic and always the best pasta in Dallas. The ingredients are straight from Italy and it definitely tastes like it. Fave restaurant in DFW hands down!

We were ready to leave but we’re kept waiting for the check and the promised dessert (with a candle) for 2 birthdays...we did get it but only after our host reminded the waiter!!!
Despite ensuring the meal was totally vegetarian ...fried speck was still brought to the table!
The pizza was sub par....disappointing!

There are not enough words to describe perfection. An absolute gem, exquisitely delicious food, the best family like friendliest service. I didn’t know you could achieve perfection by going to one place. It was a Grand Slam home run.
We were about to order from the menu and the chef and waiter asked us to try the course meal with the promise of surprise from A to Z. Their only request was about allergy. It was a food journey with a matching service that I don’t think I will ever forget.

Service is always exceptional at Sprezza and the food is amazing. We like to arrive early and enjoy the hand crafted cocktails before selecting from the large selection of wine. We have our favs but always enjoy the specials. Stuffed olive app is a must!

Our 4th visit we were greeted by Steven the manager and had another great time with friends who had not been here before. They too enjoyed the experience. The staff was very friendly and attentive a rare experience in today's restaurant world. Everyone ordered a cocktail or beer and for the meal we started with the stuffed olives and a pizza. Then we all ordered something different and we shared between each other the great pasta's and yellow tail. The Chiaramonte Nero D-Avola wine is an excellent Sicilian wine. Steven brought out a trio sample of their great deserts. What a way to end the evening. Look forward to our next great time at Sprezza.

The food is excellent, but the menu is mostly in Italian and it's hard to figure out. They should offer pictures of their food items in their website for those of us who want to try out different items.

Sprezza exceeded my expectations with delicious Roman/Italian cuisine. The restaurant is pasta heaven. We opened our dinner with Suppli al Telefono w/ Pesto Genovese. Imagine Arancini with pasta al dente, instead of rice. The appetizer was amazing, a brilliant blend of delicious Italian cheese, pasta, spices, breaded the flavors/textures were devine. The Pasta Carbonara was perfectly executed, with no noticeable cream, only eggs, parmasagne, peas, onions, pancetta, black pepper. So tasty! The Capelletti di Salsicce w/ Alfredo e Peppe was the star of the night. Pockets of homemade pasta stuffed with Italian cheese, Italian sausage and Guanciale, served in a pool of cream, butter, chicken broth, cheese, with a hint of peppery heat left on the tongue. This was a work of art, which we recommend highly. Dessert was a sampler of everything that Sprezza offers, which we swooned over. Their pastry chef served up a delightful offering of light, yummy offerings which offered a broad spectrum of sweet flavors. Service was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive; both our Waiter and the Manager elevated our dining experience with outstanding Customer service. This was our very first dining experience at Sprezza, and we cannot wait to return. Highly recommended!

Small potions and flavor wasn’t there like it used to be

This is the second time I've been to Sprezza. This restaurant does not disappoint. A friend notified Sprezza that it was our anniversary. Upon arrival everyone from the hostess, waiter and chef addressed us, congratulated us and made our experience something that will be fondly remembered as one of the best celebrations. We had a delicious 6-course tasting custom tailored by Garrett. We will definitely return and bring our friends. Thank you to David for setting this lovely evening up and to Jacob for your exceptional service.

Food was ok. Not great. Probably won’t return. Our waiter was rude. Dallas offers much better options no need to settle for marginal food and service.
The ambiance was fun but loud

3rd visit to this great Roman restaurant. It was to celebrate a dear friends birthday. Sprezza made it very special the entire time and surprised us with a 3 sample desert complete with candle. We all had a great time. Enjoyed our hand crafted cocktails and the entrées were superb, cannot what to go again. As always such a great team that provides custom service with a smile.

Food and service amazing as always; why I am always a loyal customer. They even helped to accommodate my date's dietary restrictions.

I did accidentally leave my leftovers which disappeared quickly even though I went back in a minute, but no worries. They offered to make me something new! Lovely establishment.

Took my mother for her 71st Bday and the food and service was outstanding! Truly made her birthday night super special!

Great food, good location, but not the restaurants best night. Long wait (~20 min past reservation time), service was generic, and wine was served too warm (most restaurants have that issue) and too full in the glass. However, the food was great and worth a try in case you go on a better night.

Food was great.
Had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. Reservation at 7:15 pm, seated at 8:00pm. This will probably affect future attendance. Food delicious, however.

It was our anniversary and they went above and beyond. The food is always good which is why we frequent Sprezza, but tonight was something special.

If you want authentic and great Italian food, this is the place!

Best Italian food in Dallas hands down

Service was excellent. Portions were small and not exceptional for the price. I would come here again for a drink for work if I needed somewhere in the area but not again for food.

We were greeted warmly by the manager and host. We first went to the bar to have great hand crafted cocktails. The bar tender was very attentive. Then we went to our table where we started with Suppli al Telefono: pesto genovese and Stuffed Castletravano Olives: n'duja very good. All of our entrees were great. The server was excellent and the wine selection was great as well. We finished the dinner with a gift piece of Chocolate Cake: ricotta mousse, vanilla semifreddo what an excellent way to end a great evening at Sprezza. We look forward to returning to our new best restaurant.

Best pasta in Dallas and they have a very reasonably priced wine list. Service is always excellent. When you go get the Cacio y Pepe.

Great food, great service, and great ambiance. Noisy, but so is every other popular spot in Dallas.

We were celebrating a birthday and David, our waiter, did a fantastic job. Cannot praise him enough! He made great recommendations and everything was delicious! We will definitely be back!
