    Clean, Higher end sports bar feel, awesome inside and outside, great drinks. Food was not good. Service was unbelievably slow even tho not busy. The Nashville hot sandwich was so bad. Burger was just ok. Overcooked. Fries awful. If they improve the food, it would be a GREAT spot.

    I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant/sports bar. While the atmosphere was INCREDIBLY loud where we were seated near the bar was at a manageable level and we could talk and take in the place quite nicely. Our waitress was great. She was available when need and very personable. We really enjoyed our time there. We didn't really have the time to do any of the games but loved that there were so many tv screens with different things to watch. I'd definitely go back if we were in the area.

    Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Our waitress was excellent however Sports and Social was a bit understaffed for the large crowd. Two of the meals we ordered were good the other two not so much. The atmosphere was great for a large party to socialize and have fun!

    We were welcomed with a smile from the hostess. Escorted to our seats in a friendly manner. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Her name is Desteny and made sure all our needs were met and that were satisfied with the great service...

    Great for kids as they have indoor games, BUT this place is sooo loud. The Music is way to loud both inside and outside. They need to turn down the music so you can have a conversation. The live music is great.

    Cool spot before PPL events. Food was just ok, definitely more about location and games. Wrong drink served and didn’t have time to get it replaced by the time the server came back about 30 minutes later, but I’m sure they were busy and overworked.

    Been there several times and really like it, but my visit on 6/22 was horrible. I assume there was some sort of special event, because it was absolutely mobbed. Arrived approximately 5-10 minutes earlier for my reservation, person at hostess area say to seat myself because they have no hostess. Someone tracks me down to seat me, says my reservation was outside? “No, inside”, I had to tell them. Reserved a high too table for 2, instead was seated at a large table right in front of the TV wall, waited about 15 minutes and no server ever came to the table. Ended up just leaving. Worst experience I’ve had there by far.

    Place had a great atmosphere but unfortunately the server and food we had was not so good. It was busy so I know she was running but she never came back to our table while we waited for over 40 mins for Tuesday tacos, a burger, fried chicken and sushi. Then when it finally arrived, the burger didn’t, my tacos were cold and didn’t taste good. I was hoping for a Hamilton (previous name) experience but left thinking it was less quality than a fast food restaurant. Food isn’t the servers fault but could have dealt with the situation if there was some communication on her end.

    Our server was as attentive as she could be however, she seemed a little overwhelmed. The wait for our food was completely unacceptable. My daughter graduated that night and it took so long to get our food that she was unable to eat it before she had to go over and lineup for graduation. We had a 4 o’clock reservation and we didn’t get our food until 5:35.

    Overall, excellent experience. Warm weather provides excellent outdoor seating. Live music always a plus. Burger / Fries perfect in taste. Value: excellent! Usually I can't finish the fries after burger. Staff is highest / best part. From walking in to leaving, everyone is very guest focused.

    It’s a shame the service here has gone down hill there were so many servers standing around doing nothing We had to go and track ours down The food was good as usual They changed their menu so don’t follow the one on this app they got rid of the Mexican elite which was the best appetizer Server said they wanted to be more like a normal restaurant 🙄

    The Great Resignation has hit another restaurant. While our server was running the entire time we were there, and was very pleasant, it took an hour and a half to get our food. I really do not know how good it was as I just shoved down a few bites so that we could get to our concert. They need more help in the kitchen, at the bar, and as servers.

    First time at Sports and Social. It was before the Janet Jackson concert so it was very energetic. I really liked our food and experience especially because the host made sure I was able to watch my son's game which I could not go to because of the concert. Very accommodating!!

    Service was a bit slow. Very nice staff, just slow. We got the appetizer tower and they didn’t toss the wings in sauce which I didn’t really like. They were also over cooked. Drinks were average. I liked the ambience and next time would probably just grab a drink and do games.

    It just took about 40 mins to get food (burger, grilled cheese, kids Mac n cheese) and the restaurant wasn’t very full for a Wednesday. The food wasn’t that great either. Grilled cheese didn’t have much flavor but the au jus was super salty for it, “special” fries weren’t great. They were supposed to come with a cheese sauce that we didn’t get and half of my husbands fries were old bay dust and not fries. (It cost a dollar more for this?!) Anyhow, I doubt we’d go back. It just wasn’t anything special.

    Our server, Hope, was very friendly and attentive. We were heading to a game across the street after dinner. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Everything tasted great and we had a very nice dinner. We will definitely be back. I liked that they take reservations so we knew we would make it to the game on time.

    Wasn't happy that a restaurant charges a 2% fee for just making a reservation for a table. Them our bill showed a $6 charge for ice. Good food but drinks waty to expensive

    Service is consistently slow every time we go there. Slow like waiting 15 mins for drinks and then having to track someone down to ask for refills and then waiting another ten mins. We get the same response each time we give feedback which is sorry but we are slammed.

    Everything was solid until the end … which seems to happen at every restaurant in that area hours before a hockey game. Excellent service until time to get the check and we sat 20 minutes waiting \ looking for server

    Our waitress was outstanding - we just couldn’t hear her. Imagine the Sixers, Eagles, and Flyers all playing at the same time with all of their fans present. It was kind of like that. A group of drunk men behind us cursing at at the video games, and general noise throughout. The handheld food, burgers and chicken sandwiches, were ok. A bit pricey though.

    Our waitress Sam was very attentive. She was consistently checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. She checked on our food when the table next to us, who ordered after us, received their food first. Our food came out right after that. There was an event going on at the PPL center across the street, so the restaurant and bars were crowded. Service was great and everything came out in a reasonable amount of time. I like that they take reservations on an event night.

    I’m frustrated every time we make a reservation they never follow what was selected. Example, I always select a standard table and every time they want to seat us in a high top. I also make the comment not sit us directly in from of the giant screens. With a restaurant fairly empty when we are seated they want to place us in one of those tables. I finally asked last night why they never follow what was selected? The hostess stated “that would be my manger that did that”.

    Our server, Janna, was exceptional! I felt bad for her because everything I tried to order, you were out of it. She looked so embarrassed but it’s not her fault your management team doesn’t understand the concept of supply and demand.

    Well we had six burgers and one fish taco. One burger was burnt and they didn’t bring it out to we are all done for 20 minutes. Two were ordered medium rare and came back medium well, one ordered mushrooms was told it wasn’t any so give me bacon and they forgot the bacon. One was a beyond burger that was freezing on the inside is not even cooked they gave the bird burger free and brought out another free beyond burger for a couple free wines they try but most had a new cook sad to say but I will not be back

    The nachos are absolutely outstanding, and so are the chicken wings. The atmosphere is great it does get a little loud but that's okay. And Nala our server was absolutely the best!
