   They gave my reservation away to other people 5 minutes before my scheduled reservation at 7:15. I arrived at 7:12 to find out my reservation was given away and that there were no other tables. I waiting until 8:15 and still was unable to be seated, so I left. They need to know how reservation work.

   Loved this bourbon tasting dinner. Food was exceptional as was the service. Well done. Only complaint was too small servings of bourbon. With three samples, they didn't equal a shot total...so may want to up that a bit for next event.

   This was really surprising. We were passing through Cincinnati and needed to find a place near the airport. Didn't even know this was a gaming and racing venue until we pulled up. We decided to try it anyway and it was fantastic. Our service was great at the bar and the food was fantastic. We had the fish sandwich and the smoked turkey sandwich and loved them both. We would highly recommend this place. Clean as can be.

   The food was delicious and it came out quickly. Our server - Heather - was really great. We stayed a long time after eating in order to hear the live band, which featured friends of ours. Heather left our tab open and continued to check on us and bring us drinks for a period of about 4.5 hours! I really recommend this restaurant, especially the salmon and the upscale brussels sprouts, and especially Heather.

    Food was delicious and a great value. The noise level on the big TV was overwhelming as we couldn’t hear each other! Our server was good in spite of having too many tables to take care of.

    Awesome service and food. The only thing I can complain about is being accused of not paying my tab and being pulled to the side and questioned. My friend and I had already paid and had a receipt when security pulled us and questioned us. We were there for the band and dancing and having a great time and being accused of not paying is absurd!!

    Great service, loved the menu options vs. the limited availability in Homestretch. Some menu items were a priced a bit higher than I would have expected for the casual environment, but the quality seemed very good. The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Weds night.     Once we got the food, it was good. Two orders not right. No fault of the server, she checked in often, super slow kitchen. Didn’t clear the table when obviously done eating.

    We came to this restaurant not realizing it was housed in a casino which was a bit of a surprise. It was very quiet (we were one of three tables) yet service was slow and they were out of items on the menu. The food we were able to order was good. My main feedback is about the name - the bourbon and beer selection was average at best. Don’t go there anticipating trying something new or rare.

    We had 6:30 reservations and got In promptly. Our drinks came immediately followed by our pretzel bites appetizer. The pretzel bites were amazing and there were lots of them. About maybe 15 minutes after that our food came and was also delicious and plentiful. Our server who I believe was named Krista was very nice as well

    Waited 30 minutes before we saw our server, 45 minutes to get a drink, beer never came, walked to the bar and ordered one, appetizer came out after we paid. Tried to order fish to be told there wasn’t any, then as our food was coming out she said sorry there actually was fish, you want to switch?! Worst service in history to not be that busy, our food took 1.5 hours to arrive! Ridiculous Wont be back!

    Took over hour for food to come out after ordering. Waitress rarely checked on us. Went long time waiting for drinks. Food was comped so that was nice but terrible service. 2nd poor experience. Won’t be back.

    Food was good. Wife had fish dinner, crispy with a zing to the tarter sauce, I had the hot club sandwich with french fries. Definitly an engery high resturant. We had reservations and I recommend those especially with a weekend or big game. They were quoteing an hour wait with empty tables. Once we were seated, it did take some time to be acknowledged, but once we were the service was very good and prompt and the food came out quick. I will return, I think the seating and communication could use some tweeking. Cost was inline with other area resturants.

    Open to the Casino but the noise level wasn't bad. Great value for the money and the food was delicious. I had the grilled Reuben and it was amazing. The onion rings are also great. I would have liked to see more beers on tap .

    Food was OK, but service was not very good. There were only 3 tables in the place and our server was not very attentive. I don't like it when they are constantly bugging you, but we had to wait to get refills, etc. while she stood leaning at the bar talking to other servers. Felt the food was a little pricey too.
