Spinnerstown Hotel is a restaurant serving rustic local cuisine in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The dining areas of the Spinnerstown Hotel are divided into two parts. The first is a casual bar and taproom, with 18 rotating beers on tap and a simple, rustic atmosphere. The second is a formal dining room complete with white linens, a roaring fireplace and hand-painted walls and ceiling. As for the cuisine, Spinnerstown Hotel is inspired by simple farmhouse fare, but with its own modern twist. Diners will find house-made burgers, Belgian-style mussels and hearty entrées like the hunter's pork with sweet potato gnocchi. In addition to these standards, the Spinnerstown Hotel menu is constantly under development, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to consistently create new dishes for guests to enjoy.
Another fabulous meal with excellent service. It was a bit noisy this evening but we didn’t let that ruin our awesome time at this wonderful restaurant !
Excellent meal. Sadly neighbor table was out of hand which spoiled the evening. Not restaurant fault!
The food was amazing and the staff was above average in being nice and attentive!
Renovations are lovely. Waitress Liz did a great job with the brand new menu. Pork and apples a hit with all, generous portion of well-seasoned mussels, could have used more bread for the delicious broth. The loud mouth in the dining room was the only real drawback. We heard he's a regular so I would hesitate to return. Class up man it's the dining room
Great time and great food and craft beer. Saw Craig Thatcher and Nyk Van Wyk play live oldies. Tried 3 new autumn beers
Amazing dining experience. This beautiful restaurant is a complete package. Our dinners were beautifully prepared and the most incredible flavors. The Scallop and Lobster entree had a combination of flavors that are unmatched. The New York Strip was perfectly cooked and delicious. Our server Rachel anticipated our every need exceeding our expectations. This is a MUST to add to your list of places to dine. We will absolutely visit here more often.
Great restaurant with good food and nice beer selection
Great food, great beer/wine selection, great service! Thanks for a great meal!
We had a very nice meal on a Monday evening with a friend from out of town. He was impressed with the service and quality of the food. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend.
Not impressed. The food was adequate at best - have never seen gnocchi that looks more like large chunks of tofu - and wedge salad was not crisp - needs to be colder.
Service was not great - we waited for everything.
Awesome evening. Irish breakfast as an appetizer, free range chicken and Creme Burle was fabulous and well presented. Our server Lynn did a great job as well
Excellent food as always. Wonderful staff
Spinnerstown Hotel is our new go to spot! The food is always delicious & the courses are always paced well. We’ve had Stephanie twice now & she does her job wonderfully. Well be back again!
They have a surprisingly wonderful wine list including lots of European wines. We had the short ribs. They were delicious & perfectly prepared. Delicious with an Italian red wine!
Exceptional preparation of a well rounded menu. Best craft beer menu in the area.
I met up with a friend I haven’t seen in 25 years and the service staff was extremely respectful of our nonstop conversation!! We had the pierogies and the flatbread. Both were delicious! My guest and I loved the extensive beer list. Excellent service, food and drink selection.
Great food. Server was having a bad night, and it felt like she gave up on us after a series of setbacks.
The staff were great and accommodated our request to celebrate our engagement. The food, as always, delicious!
Food was great. Decor very nice. Easy to find. Beer selection very good. Will go back.
They have a menu including salads & soups, small plates, sandwiches & burgers and entrees. If you want to eat light you can and if you want a full meal they have that too. We had a party of four and everyone was happy. The soups were very good and the ahi tuna salad very good.
I am not too sure about the noise level because it was not crowded and a weeknight but we were able to talk with normal voice levels.
Staff, food and service were great. Overall dinner was a great value. Our only complaint was how rude (loud) other customers were. It was unbelievable how loud a party of 4 older people could be when they are only sitting inches from each other and you're on the other side of the room.
This is one of my favorite restaurants in the area. The food is fabulous. I do recommend getting there in the late summer when they have peach cream pie!
Took the wife out to dinner for her birthday dinner. Great experience. We have been multiple times and love everything on the menu but always find myself gravitate towards the Irish Onion Soup and BBQ Bacon Burger. NEVER disappoints!
Food was great and can't wait to go again! Server was attentive and friendly. Large party near us was a bit noisy but not obnoxious.
Great place. Priced for a perfect treat from time to time.
I thought the prices were good and the food was delicious. Went with another couple and just had burgers/sandwiches. Will most likely come back to try the entree menu.
Johns always creative with the menu and is always very good
I must say that I was very pleasantly surprised with our visit. I had read all the reviews and they are good - but our visit was very good. We found a unique Italian wine we had in Tuscany and the menu was fabulous. From the onion soup to the burger and chicken sandwich, the food was excellent and the outside table was very nice.
Our server was great - all in all a great evening. I highly recommend the Spinnerstown Hotel for a great evening meal.
Came here to grab some dinner. Beer list is always great. But what continues to impress is the food. Had a couple of seasonal appetizers and loved them! Outdoor seating was great too!
Have already recommended them to several people. Menu nicely varied, all dishes for the four of us excellent, priced reasonably.
1st time visit. Would not request deck seating. High traffic, cycle noise distracting. Shared clam chowder tasted like Campbell's tomato. Clams non existant. Chicken on croissant was good, but bottom was soggy. Panini presentation sloppy. Bloody Mary, so-so, not much flavor. Service slow for drink, food and bill. Think our waitress needed some help.
The waitress was a little bit slow tending to us in the beginning but then it got much better. The dining area was full so it was hard to hear each other but it was still a very nice experience. Our food was very delicious!
Wonderful food. I had "The Susan" and it was delicious! My friend had the taco salad and loved it. The Peach Pie is the best I ever had. Can't wait to go back!
We celebrated our anniversary. What a great meal. Excellent service in a cute restaurant. Will definitely go back and would recommend.
Nice location due to convenience of turnpike. Ample parking, clean, large menu, and excellent food
The food, service and ambiance were great! We will be back!
This is my families local go to. Qe are never disappointed with the food, drinks or service. Stephanie was our waitress, whom we never had before, and she was awesome!
The scallops meal was absolutely amazing. But my boyfriend's steak was overcooked. Otherwise I would have given five stars for the food. I highly recommend the scallop dish. Service was excellent. It was quiet. Outside deck looked a little louder. The prices were fairly high. Two meals, one soda, one beer, one dessert was $100. If my boyfriend's steak wasn't overcooked I would have given a much higher score. Overall though it was a great evening.
Overall, we always like Spinnerstown. Good food. Great selection of beer. Mixed drinks a bit small for the price. This past Friday we had an odd experience there. We had a reservation for 4. The people at the table next to us had a reservation for 4. We did not know these people and were not dining with them. When we received our bills, there was an automatic 20% gratuity added. (We Normally do 20% or more) When asked why it was automatically added we were told because we had a party of 8. We all said that we were not together. Waitress said it was the managements rule, not hers. Just an odd rule to group two separate parties together to get a 20% tip. Next time I will let them know not to combine my table with the table next to me. 20% is fine, but should not be automatically added.
First time there....was wonderful! Very gluten free friendly!
Great place parking available interesting menu
Friendly place nice Ambience
